Location, price, comfort, buffet breakfast. Staff were helpful and keen to assist. Room was clean, not a mosquito in sight!
Noise from wedding downstairs, late into the night, but then again I guess it's India and thus to be expected. No biggie. Internet was intermittent and weak from my room. Best to have a back up plan, if like me you have online meetings and work.
The location of this hotel is definitely the USP. It is at a 10 mins walking distance from Hazratganj market, right next to Dastrakhan outlet and many eateries. Room size is good. They provide all amenities of a business hotel. Breakfast options were decent. I had dinner once at their restaurant Zaika (taste was good but it was a little salty for me). Housekeeping and room service were prompt in helping/serving us. Overall decent stay
Restaurant and food
Crowd and noise outside the gate.
Nothing particular
At the reception every time at the desk on phone line or mobile and no one gave attention to customer, i experienced two three times though I wanted to give my room key to the counter I had to wait for 2 to 5 minutes as all at the desk were busy with phone. Wi-fi network in the room was weak. It made me uncomfortable when they gave me smokers room, after my request they changed to non smokers room, they should have to asked before giving room at the time of entry.
the rooms were really comfortable and had a great view. the location of the hotel was very central, within 10 minutes driving distance of most key attractions. the breakfast buffet was very yummy.
the wifi was ineffective.
Size of the room and the facilities , Cleanliness was little disappointment, the floor was smelling of smoke, the breakfast was great for the people like me and it had all the possible options within the limit. Location is the best and if you are foodie then you don't have to go to really far to explore .
I found corners of the rooms dirty with hairs and other stuff and brought this up with the senior person
Location and breakfast were good.
We got an email confirmation for our special request to provide one large double bed instead to two single beds in the room but were provided two single beds so was disappointing
Nearness to market and station
