Hotel Metro Regency

Breakfast was average but hotel is very dirty. The entry from road to hotel is 3rd floor but stairs are only 3 Feet wide and dirty condition.

Room inspection should made by booking company and owner once in a month for better service.

It's a dingy place with no lift and the sole room /rooms?? were on the 2nd floor.We did NOT stay there. The approach way/ staircase to the 2nd floor was worst than a roadside filthy poorly maintained public property buildings

They are all cheaters , they didn’t allow us to stay , even we had talked over phone . And we drives 12 hrs to reach the hotel

Facilities like no towel , hand wash , sitting chair , not working tv all this is not in proper condition

Very bad facilities, dirty and stincky room, no wifi and electricity literally ( not lying )wasn't able to charge my phone, below average breakfast ?? very very slow check in process

Staff, cleanliness and room coordination

I travelled almost every year from 2012 till date except for 2 years of covid period ,this is the worst hotel we stayed from my decade traveling period,have a look at the snaps attached,you come to know ,not sure how you are making tie-up with these type of worst hotels,i request to you take a look at snaps,call me if you need any further information.

Do not opt this property into f you are travelling as a couple, this hotel is basically used for cheap kind of short stay(you know what I mean)

Nothing... Urinal smelling all rooms

Urinal smelling, staff not supportive & illetriate. Only focus to collect room charge without bill. Service not good. Room & bedsheet not clean. Ac room charge paid but ac not cooling

We had an amazing stay, All the staff members are very polite and helpful, The food quality is very good and delicious.

Room could be a little bit more clean but as I was single , so it wasn't a problem for me
