Cleanliness was not maintained. The staff tried to be helpful but it seemed like they hadn't been trained and that no proper systems had been set up to keep the place clean. The entire place stank.

Good location, and appropriate stay if not much required apart from sleep. And close to metro and old Lucknow.

Reception support is poor, asked for iron not supplied.Multiple calls to fix the fridge which wasn’t working, light went out in appropriately at night, windows frosted glass made the place more claustrophobic. AC thermostat and its ventilation was poor condition.

Everything was good they helped me out of the way I had some issue with cab driver I sent the cash to him but not gone thru and he was insisting they I pay him again then I deposited with hotel and then the driver got his money and they sent the cash to me back

Very accommodating staff and good food. Pool was clean and water was fresh. The place was great location and value for three women travelling together.

Wasn't happy with the coffee served. It was extremely milky and felt like being made with instant coffee.

Well located in the city and decently maintained hotel.

Room Service needs to be worked upon as it takes ages for them to get you water specially if you are accommodated in the extended building.

Not worth the price room key not working properly staff behaviour was below average when I visited for swimming they behaved very rudely although early check in request is not acceptedBreakfast was not good at all and I will not recommending anyone to visit such a place for stay

Didn’t like the room the bed was uncomfortable the shower was leaking roof was leaking curtains were in bad condition very tidy

Buffet spread during breakfast was adequate with live counter services. Staff overlooking the breakfast services were courteous and always on their toes. .This property occupies central place with Hussein Ganj Metro station in it's close proximity. This enables connectivity with the Airport.

Washbasin tap in the allotted room was rusty and difficult to maneuver. ? keeping staff was informed, however, no action was taken.

Breakfast was excellent.staff were very polite especially the head chef and the young lady serving tea and coffee was very attentive and polite

On the last day there was noise from the street till 12pm hotel needs to look into it

Check in process, Room facility, stay 3 people but towel was only two. No one was entertaining during the breakfast. None of hotel employee showing interest to assist us. Table was not having spoon, water glass, tissue paper and after serval ask then provide to us.

Almost everything was really good. Breakfast was great. We also had lunch on a couple of occasions and it was also tasty. Our room was very good, clean, well maintained. The location of the hotel is also great. Staff were very friendly. Overall, I think you get very good value for your money in this hotel.

Nothing really comes to mind. Perhaps they can improve the luggage storage facility and let the customers keep any valuable item with their bags locked.

Nice and modern, we were upgraded to a suite in an annex building, rather than the main building, which was spacious but oddly planned out.Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ample.

We were upgraded to a suite in an annex building, rather than the main building, which was spacious but oddly planned out (like awkward doors opening onto one another in the walk-in closet/bathroom area made the are impractical; no place to hang towels in bathroom).Also, the annex building still had construction works ongoing, and all one can hear during working hours is hammering through the bedroom and bathroom walls.

The towels were grey and dirty, It was not the city view it was view of a shanty town. The rooms were dated and the breakfast service was very poor. Food was good.

Clean white towels and room with a good view, the curtains were dusty and dirty.
