Pathetic cleanliness. All over spit marks.Red stains can be seen. Dirty laundary.Not interested staff. Moreover, prices are of 3 star property and rooms are worst than the lodge .Nothing is postive that I can imagine and mention.

It is quiet, comfortable and within walking distance of most facilities. It is in a safe locality so I was comfortable there as a solo female traveller.

The room was a bit small and there was not enough space to keep or open a large suitcase. Something to put the suitcase on would have been convenient.

Location is good nothing else.

No proper room service. Staff are not polite. Manager is not professional. He didn't give me the GST bill during checking out. It was an business travell. I couldn't get it reimbursed from company due to not having the incoice.

The property years very nice and room were good.

The exhaust was not working and they did not bother to get it fixed. The lady at reception Miss Anam was very should and shouted on me and banged up the phone when I asked about getting my room cleaned. Her answer was if the hotel staff did not do then it’s not my fault. I called again and she hanged up again stating she has other works to do. I paid to stay at the hotel , did not stayed for free. Request the owner of the property to please do something with Miss Anam, she is the face of your hotel and her rude and arrogant attitude will only spoil the reviews of such a nice hotel.

The hotel was nicely build i wish we could have stayed there.... our booking was accepted and I even paid half the amount in advance, but at reaching the property we were told that no rooms are available. We were then shifted to another hotel which was mediocre and faced many problems there like stinking washroom and dysfunctional AC. The owner ensured to get my money refunded but there is still no sign of it too... DISAPPOINTING.

OYO PROPERTIES ARE A SCAM. WHY DO YOU ACCEPT BOOKINGS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AVAILABILITY? SHAME ON THE OWNER FOR CHEATING AND NOT GIVING REFUND

The room ws good wth all the amenities. Although the hotel was pricy, we got a good deal

The bed was soft and comfortable.Staff were friendly. very friendly service at the desk, clean & large room for two, a very pleasant stay.

Poor and pathetic management by both OYO and Booking.com

The property denied check-in even after taking advance citing the reason of the property being sold out. Even an executive from Booking.com assured guaranteed check-in. Still, could not get a resolution.

The staff and services were also kind & polite. Clean and simple. Overall everything was perfect. The stay was perfect at the price. I booked a family room and the room was so well maintained with attached clean bathroom

Nice hotel, nice location, full hotel neat and clean Big size rooms. Nice and tidy friendly staff and a wonderful stay at a very good price. Value for money. Good property to stay. Toilets were clean.

Paid 3700 per night - No Wi Fi - Asked Front Desk to rectify Wi Fi issue but they never did - They give Paratha but no Curd we have to buy separate - Just Pathetic - Front desk ladies were arrogant

The hospitality of Mansoor, Rajesh and Pinto was amazing. They were very prompt and active. They cane as soon as we called them and very courteous. If it were for them I would definitely go back to the hotel again.

The cleanliness was pathetic. The room had spider webs and I think it wasn’t used for ages and as if the room was not used for ages. Secondly there was no complimentary water for us to drink in the room. And later water was sent but there was no intimidation that the water was chargeable and later while checking out they told us that the water was chargeable. The staff at the reception Mr Sourabh was not so friendly and courteous or hospitable…there was a lot communication gap. For every little thing like toiletries and towel they had to be intimidated whereas common sense would be to give two towels if two people are sharing a room. Basic things like coffee kettle was also not provided till we told them a number of times. I hav taken pics of the spider webs incase I can share some pics.
