Very close to Railway station and most of the markets of Lucknow . Al sight seeing places easily accessible vial local transport like E rikshaws/ Auto rickshaws as bigger vehicles can't reach the crowded places in the city. Staff at the hotel are most considerate , polite and cooperative. Make one feel the real feel of Lucknowi Adab and Tehjeeb. When on a sight seeing trip one does not really look for any better comforts and conveniences than what the place offers for the price. Would strongly recommend the place .

Disappointing

No wifi, hot water to called for. Bathroom fittings not working properly. It's leaking. TV remote not working. To operate TV you have to switch on or off from TV itself. Set top box and wire connection to set top box and TV dangerously hanging open. Same thing about ac to start and to off you have to go for switch. No hangers in cupboard. No arrangement to wet as well dry clothes.

Nothing worth mentioning about hotel shelter.

The hotel management extracted extra money from us in pretence of change in rates. The manager and reception staff is very arrogant and non-cooperative. I need refund of excess amount paid ASAP, otherwise I am going to take this matter to court of law, for extortion of excess amount by joint venture of booking.com, fabhotels and hotel shelter.

* Initial booking rate on booking.com plus taxes was 4640inr for 3 nights, however at checkin, new invoice from FabHotels was being generated at 5980inr. Demanded an extra 250inr from front desk upon checkout for no reason. All food room service bills were cleared. * Rating of a perfect 10 was being rated by front desk reception when he took my mobile into office. Do note that this is under identity theft and matter has been reported. * Umpteenth loud knockings and forceful turning of door knobs to enter our room with accompanying rude phone calls after we didnt take up dinner service and refused housekeeping once as room was still neat and tidy * Western food was shoddily made, but Indian cuisines & ice cream were good * No hot water showers

Staff wasn't professional, there was no towel,.dirty linen, no toiletries... They didn't even served the complimentary breakfast

Though nearest to the noisy railway station, but at a location where there is no sound of honking. Comfortable and simple stay. Don't expect a lot of facilities.

Our breakfast was included but not worthy enough.On the 1st day the set up of breakfast was in a banquet hall. Looks like we were on shaadi meal.One the second day, we were not informed that the breakfast setup had been cancelled. Later it was provided in the room.Considered ice cubes as the basic amenities in the hotel, when it's too humid and hot outside. Later at the time of check out realised this has been billed, which they never informed before.

The location of hotel is awesome just close to railway station, It's a couple friendly hotel with no limitations. Love the staffs behaviour and cooperation, it made our journey awesome by booking this hotel.

It has one of the friendliest staff I've encountered in the city. It was a genuinely relaxing and stress-free experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was easy to discover, and the room service was excellent!!

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms were well maintained and fully decorated. The cleanliness in the property was upto the mark. The staff was helpful and professional. Food was delicious.
