Nice hotel near to airport.Room is very neat and clean with amenities.

Proximity to airport and very close to the highway are the two positive points about this hotel

Shampoo, soap and other toiletries were not given. This is not a big issue but it would have been better if they were given

value for money . Proximity to airport. Parking .

Room was cold. No heater. Blanket was thin. I paid for two room and 4 guests. However at booking it got changed to 3 guest and extra money was charged at the counter.

Nothing at all.

The rooms were infested with cockroaches. not just one room. they had three rooms available. all three had cockroaches on walls ond floor. even on the bed. The food was not good at all. They didn't even have bare minimum in their buffet. There was no maintenance. No hot water facility. The bathrooms were not clean and not maintained at all. They had not changed the towel mat before us. It was in a used condition. So many mosquitoes and cockroaches. Horrible experience. The smell was horrible in the rooms.

Some of the staff had to be pushed at times, but were willing to meet requests. This was the only positive. Other staff were dismissive.

Bed linen wasn’t clean. Toilet was smelly. The overall air in the hotel was stuffy. Seems like an amateurish place. Might seem value for money, bit definitely not in terms of what was advertised. I’ll avoid next time for sure.

The location and the price and room space.

1. The bed/pillow wasn't clean.2. No hot water in tap, but they provided hot water in separate bucket. 3. Very strong smell of perfume or something strange in the room which have us a headache. 4. The staff nagging us and asking for extra money for the visitors during the afternoon who came just to exchange greetings and were leaving together in 30 min.

The staff was very helpful. We tried food at this hotel and it was very good. We booked this hotel for our transit through Lucknow as it was near to airport.
