The Elite Lucknow Convention Hotel

The property looked good from the front. The breakfast was basic and good. The bed and bathroom were clean. The team responded well to issues

The view was the back window was awful. The building behind it was surrounded with rubbish. The restaurants only offered Indian food. All were very spicy.Had issues with flushing toilet and hot water. These were solved. The card machine did not accept Arab or European bank cards. The receptionist couldn’t identify the correct passport page and told the senior manager I was Chinese (I have a Chinese visa in my passport).Another manager who tried to help smelled of alcohol.

It was a great experience! I totally recommend this hotel! It's a convention hotel that organizes different events, so normally you could meet lots of interesting people there. The staff is amazing and very helpful, always ready to fulfill any request. Very nice people, polite, and focused on excellence in their services which I appreciated greatly. The food was very tasty and the cook and his team were attentive to my requests, at all times, especially since I come from Europe and I was not very familiar with the food options. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday, and the staff were so nice and surprised me with a birthday cake and even sang for me! I was so impressed as this was totally their initiative and a great surprise! The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. I stayed in the deluxe suite which had also a big bathroom with a spacious shower cabin. The room had also a balcony from where I could see the surroundings. I would return there anytime as I was treated very well and had all comfort.

The wifi didn't reach a certain part of the room, but it was not a big issue in the end, maybe even better since naturally wifi causes radiation, and that didn't reach the bed :) This was the case only for this particular deluxe suite. The other rooms had super-fast connectivity in any corner.

To my utter shock, the reception said that I have no booking at their property. I showed them printed copy of my booking, their emails confirming my booking but they could not find any booking in my name on their system. Regarding the emails sent to me confirming booking, the reception said that those were system generated and has not much implications. Anyways, they obliged me giving a room as per my booking but I do not know whether it was the same standard room which I booked or not. Anyways, the room was clean although quite small and the service although a little bit slow but still appreciable. Breakfast was okay, nothing much to complain about. Overall, it is a nice property and can be visited again.

My booking through Booking.com's was not in their system. Kitchen chef do not understand the type of egg preparation the customers are looking for.

its on highway, right on the entrance of Lucknow, so a great place for people going out of lucknow or entering in. its newly constructed property. room size are adequate for a family and they have an extra washroom on every floor so a great facility for a family with kids .there breakfast is lavish even on weekdays and staff is very polite and eager to serve on every table. not only it is lavish but each and every dish taste good too. there chef Sonu kumar shukla came to greet us personally and ask about any special requirement . at the time of dinner we opt for in room service. when we got our meal we were surprise to see the quantity of each dish , its just double of what we get in delhi and half price. each dish taste good with mild spices .overall i liked this property and there food and would like to revisit here next time i will be Lucknow

Everything about Elite was Elite. They have a very well groomed and trained staff. Their service is Prompt. Meals are of a very good quality. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very courteous.
