The location of the property was nice apart from that we had a bad experience with the staff as well as the services

The staff behaviour was really unpleasant. They didn’t allow us to take-in any of the outside food items and neither they are able to serve us. Bed-sheet which we were given is also looking tidy.

I booked this hotel to show breakfast included in the booking , and then next morning hotels Owners have charged for morning breakfast.

They didn’t provide breakfast as promised and we weren’t given refund for the breakfast. They told that booking.com will only provide the refund and they have no fault in all this

The room service is fast to respond and fulfil requests. Hotel was well maintained and the facilities were good.

Staff was amazing and helpful, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable.

The Hotel Room had a Big Space and also a clean Bathroom with toiletries. the public area was also clean and the staff was nicely trained for the services.

Rooms and facilities were very nice and comfortable.The mattress was excellent. Staffs were friendly.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! Thank you so much

Hotel had overbooked and did not give the room despite having confirmed booking from booking.com I have never seen such a thing happening. I had to book alternative accomodatiom at my additional cost. OYO is extremely unprofessional and they are yet to refund my amount. Will never ever book an OYO room.

It's very close to Ekana cricket stadium

1) They took 1000 Rs for early check-in. The receptionist took advantage of the situation. 2) My room lock wasn't working at all. I've to leave my room as it is. Luckily, I didn't carry any valuables else who knows.

Denied fully paid check-in without any prior contact

I was denied check-in at the check in date even after paying the full amount weeks prior to the check-in date.

I did not feel safe enough to eat at the hotel judging from the substandard hygiene.

There were a number of things the tap was broken.Mosquitos in the room.Unhygienic bed and linen.Stains in the room.

Absolutely everything. First of all they didn’t let me check in and kept me waiting for 2 hours. They didn’t provide quilt, towel etc because apparently they were running short of it. They didn’t provide a toothbrush set. They didn’t even provide water and charged us for it. The staff was unwelcoming.

It's near the cricket stadium and pallassio mall

There were multiple things which were really bad:1) Hotel wifi was not working because of low signal strength even though my room was just adjacent to the router. Also next day they changed it's password as well2) There was a constant smell of cigarettes in the room coming out of other rooms.3) The AC cooling was very bad. They didn't change the temperature even after complaining4) The bed was a bit sticky5) They asked us to checkout at 11 saying they have customers waiting and we got late by 10 mins and they just cut the electricity of the room

External look of the hotel was good.

I booked online but the hotel didn't accept the online booking and charged us thrice more than the booking price. Bedsheet and mattress were also dirty and covered with stain. Staff asked to clear all the hotel charges at front at the time of check in. She also said that they were asking booking.com to delist them from the website.
