Response to complaints.Despite repeated complaints, No hot water in room no. 201.Taking bath was pain.No bucket/mug in bathroom. (Though provided later on complaint).Water stagnation in bathroom. No wiper given.No toothpaste/ toothbrush/ sleepers.AC not working on 31st Nov.And there was no fan in bedroom.

Each and everything about this resort..... Cleanliness, Safety, Privacy, Food , Staff Behaviour, Facilities available everything and best thing is view and cleanliness....

Location was good. Room was big and decent and clean.

Though during booking it was written breakfast was included in the stay. Property refused straight away. Room has no basic toiletries. These days every decent hotel gives a electric kettle and tea and coffee pouches. However this room didn't have any. On enquiring the manager told me that that not every room is provided with these facilities. Although they provided me the hot water later. Staff was ok but not warm. The property advertised as resort, but basically a banquet property. Their whole attention was wedding event.

Staff was really friendly and charming. It was a nice stay, courteous staff, good ambience.

The checkin was smooth and the receptionist was humble. The hotel was good. No extra charge was levied. The room was awesome. Clean and nice bathroom with hot water.

The hallway was filled with smoke all over. The location is a little bit deserted. No food is allowed from out. The prices in the restaurant were too high

I have stayed this place many times before, once used to be a super cozy place, but it's such a shame to see this place significantly degrade than before. Terrible management, terrible service, now I don't recommend this place to anyone anymore! Seriously guys you have a lot to work on this!

Maintenance and Cleanliness was too good. Food is also good.we can safely park our vehicle. Location isn't prime but definitely a peaceful stay.

Lack of professionalism in staff. Don't know why but they were rude with us from check-in time itself.

Rooms and the atmosphere in the resort were good.

The staff were asking for rating whenever they came across. The place is in a deserted area. You have to go 3kms to get anything you need. We have booked 3 rooms till 24th evenig in booking.com, they made us vacate one room at 9 am and the other two by 10 am saying that there a marriage and the whole resort is booked.

I booked collection O77423 from online for 2 night of 2 room. They confirm my booking by online . I have proof email of confirmation. The doom rate were relevent but when we reached in resort . They totally denied to give me room at online rate and they charged 3 time more costlier . Around 3000 per room. When I told them that I will complain for that they were argument with my family member.
