The Centrum

Everything From room to staff to restaurant to lawn area to gym Everything is perfect

Just it’s too expensive

Hotel and the room were spic & span. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.Response time for all the services in general was very quick.

Great facilities, really nice and clean room. Great customer service, very accommodating and responsive to every request. Will come again

Staff is awesome - I will like to make special mention of Kaushal. I was having payment confirmation issue and interacted with Kaushal to have this sorted. He was empathetic and professional - made sure everything was sorted and to top it all, upgraded my room to a suite!!

Nothing really comes to mind!!

Courteous Staff , Nice Services

Ongoing construction work

There is no kids play area in the whole Hotel. My Child didn't enjoyed. Cleanliness was not up to the mark glass and balcony area wes dirty.

Rooms were okey. Hotel was clean. Over all experience was okey types. Not my type of hotel. Bfast options were less.

Quantity of food was not good as per the prices charged. The discount of F&B was ignored by saying that the bill can not be rectified. To fetch a hair dryer, it took 30mins+ for the housekeeping to provide me with it. Hair dryer is a very much required utility item and they didn't have it their bathroom. Car cleaning facility is not available at all. Every guest without driver would sit in their dirty car or they get up and fetch some water and clean the car. Overall, it was not a hotel for me.

This property in Lucknow offers excellent hospitality and is located in a prime area. The hotel's ambiance is impressive, providing a welcoming and pleasant experience

The stay, dining, and bar experience were all excellent. Everything about this property exceeded expectations, offering a truly delightful experience

Staff were very helpful all the time but particularly Ashis in the bar was extremely helpful. Pool was nice and food was good.

We felt the AC was too cold throughout the hotel and the piped music for the lobby and pool area horrible and too loud. Though both AC and music were turned down/ off when asked.

Design of the hotel, attitude of the staff !

the view from the room

I just like the everything in this hotel because it's been 2 years where i m coming probably i have came this property more than 80 times very nice hospitality

The staff is very courteous and helpful, the swimming pool is well maintained. The food at Plum restaurant is delicious but the breads/buns had got very hard in the hot basket. Mr.Saraswati from the staff responded to this by getting softer bread options for me and he also went out of his way to attend to our requirements.

The bed linen was dirty when we checked in although the staff changed it as soon as we requested. The ceiling shower wasn't working properly, the mats/carpets near the bed weren't clean at all.

Beautifully designed green building , courteous staff , good food

The swimming pool and staffs are awesome room was also clean but tea price 325?

Everything was good like 5 stars only the price for tea was amazing

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The overall architecture is beautiful. Rooms were warm and nice.

The toilets were a bit cramped.

Very spacious and clean rooms.Attentive staffBest shower in our trip so far ?

Room is good on size and shape. Little out side of city but good for peace and doing business works.

Excellent staffFriendly serviceGood locationGood for kidsHad good choice of breakfast Could easily hire uber to go to the lulu shopping mall

Pathetic food and unclean bedsheets. In totality i will not recommend anyone coming here for stay or dinner

The rooms weren’t properly clean. The food is pathetic. And the buffet is even more pathetic

The property was at very nice Location.. Staffs were courteous and very polite. The entire property was very clean and well managed. Food was awesome.
