I must say, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The rooms were spotless and tidy, making my stay very comfortable. The check-in experience was seamless and the staff was very accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Exercise caution while booking this hotel.

The check-in took too long because Oyo contacted us to offer an off before the check-in, but the system at the counter did not reflect that change. They did not know who to call, so we ultimately paid the full amount and checked in.The first room offered to us had a strong smell of smoke, so we asked them to change it. After two room changes, we got a decent room, but it had dirty bed sheets and pillows. We asked them to change it, and the staff first argued that it was clean (despite multiple stains, which they said are oil stains and cannot be cleaned), but ultimately changed it. After spending one hour on this, when it was time to leave for going it, the room lock turned out to be broken. Then they asked us to move to another room and keep our luggage in another room for the time being. At night when we came back, this new room did not have a jet in the toilet, and then they came to fix it at 10:00 PM. This was just the first day! Next day we asked the reception staff to get the room cleaned when we are out during the day, came back to a dirty room at 10:30 PM. After a complaint, the staff suggested then that they would clean at night, which we refused and asked them to do it the next morning. No words on how the superficial the cleaning was the next day!Also, they do not provide RO water. The only option is paid water bottles, which was told to us while checking out.The rooms are dirty (fungus on doors), paan stains on walls of the bathroom and the corridor, the linen is extremely dirty. The staff is not professional! Would suggest fellow travellers to be cautious while booking this hotel.

Breakfast was okay, staff was helpful.

Rooms were in bad condition, curtain was broken, in one room the window glass was broken, big safety issue. Bed sheet had holes, matress dirty. Room lock were broken and didn't operate properly.The location is outside the city, the cleanliness was very bad smelling. . Breakfast was limited to only one dish. Tv not working, I don't know How it has 4star rating in booking.com. and why it has good review rating. I got misleded. Also, no room heater available.

They don't even have towels and no room service The phone was not working and the bedsheets and pillows were very dirty and the place was very bad, and they did not have towels and denied for that.Very pathetic service and hotel.

Disappoining, Lacked basic cleanliness, average service - Won't recommend

- Room wasn't clean. Floor was pretty dirty all over, - Bedsheet and blanket were all stained- Bathroom wasn't clean. There were no toiletries, no towels provided. Bucket/mug were in bad state. Shower did not work well.- Service wasn't up to the mark. Had asked for two bottles of water. The staff got only one, and didn't get the 2nd one even when reminded and he said he would get it. The next day I was asked to pay for two bottles, but agreed to charge for one when told that only one was served. - Overall upkeep/maintenance of the place was below par- Was trying to book an Uber, but no cab would turn up even after long waits. The person at the hotel lobby mentioned that given the location sometimes the Uber drivers don't prefer to turn up- Would not come here again, and won't recommend

The food was bad, the rooms were not clean and its a very shady hotel. It is apparently used only by couple to spend the night.

I had an amazing experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. But what really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful.
