Location is good . Property is big and good . There is an in house bar and restaurant . So that's good . It's like a farm house stay in the midst ofnthe city . So value for money

The washroom commode water flush would not stop once activated so had to call the service folks all the time ..also the water heating was delayed ..

Property is in middle of city and all major areas are accessible. Value for money and breakfast included. Service is very prompt.

Given the price you pay, the hotel itself is very grand and lavish and would likely be more expensive if it was in a more touristy city. The room is nice and comfortable with good air conditioning. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and the restaurant serves good lunch/dinner, with the garden area a particularly pleasant place to sit.

The breakfast is poor - you basically have a rice and curry or a few limp-looking sandwiches: needs to be more choice available. The room doesn’t get cleaned - in fact our floor looked like it hadn’t been for ages - and there is no hot water in the bathroom. Location not the most convenient for getting around.

Basically, it’s not a hotel. it’s a group of rooms attached to a wedding banquet. Rooms are poorly decorated and very noisy. The staff are irresponsible and breakfast buffet is the shortest in the world.

There is this compressor noise all night long from the terrace , some kind of motor runningThe sound is irritating when you are trying to sleep specially in the night from the topThe water noise is also there from somewhere which the hotel staff did not accept is as bothersome, strange!!You don't wake up guests at 0815 to remind them of breakfast, it doesn't happen anywhere in the world may be its a weird culture only in LKO. The staff can also talk in a mild tone when in room corridorsBedsheets had stains with lipstick marks from the previous checkouts, had to ask for new bed sheets

it was a bit cheaper than others given the location and the quality. the breakfast can be good but don’t expect too many things in the breakfast. good aloo paratha and puri bhaji. We didn’t like the food in the downstairs restaurant

The bathroom drainage is not the best so there is always some water on the bathroom floor, which is annoying. this was in room 106 and 104. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms were reasonably clean

Please at least provide 2 bottles of mineral water instead of jug water. This is a basic need for a human being. Room amenities like bed sheets, sofa and comforter cover is untidy though they changed it after request. But not much better than the previous one.

The place had a lot of outdoor space with a nice decoration

The rooms were not very clean and when I first entered the room, there was still garbage and no towels and hand soap was provided. During the 3 night stay nobody came to empty the trash

Beautiful property, located in a quiet area with lot of greenery around. All facilities like wifi, bar and restaurant. Very big parking lot and secured. Rooms are big with very nicely done bathroom. Clean linen, Air-conditioned, flat screen TV. Lots of channels to choose from. Fridge and safe box ,Tea/coffee maker in room. Very reasonable rates. I booked thru booking.com for 1800+ taxes per night for couple. Recommend this property if you are visiting Lucknow. It's little away from city center but good as away from city noise. You get Uber or ola if you want to visit city centre. It's roughly 5 km.

Water quality is bad. Bathroom water is muddy. Had to ask for second towel as given only one for couple. You have to ask for hot water for bathroom only then supply will be given. Breakfast is just basic. Housekeeping room is in guest area of the floor. It should be at the back of the house. Staff should communicate in lower voice.

The rooms are good and cleaned.The hotel interiors were aesthetic and will give you royal feel.Bathroom is big and comfortable.The hotel staff was so good and well behaved ☺️The restaurant serves delicious mouth watering food and drinks. All over if you are interested book it.

I visited Lucknow to tour some historical locations alone so only required a hotel that was relatively cheap, clean, had good a/c and safe. Using the Booking.com ratings, decided on the Casa Aishbagh. No real disappointed as it did as advertised.Very friendly staff as well as a decent bar ensured the hotel and my stay was ideal. Not really within any walking distance of anything of note, however taxis, especially Uber, are very easy to use and cheap.Certainly if I was to return to Lucknow, this would be my hotel of choice.

Not much - hotel can’t really do anything about the road users close by beeping their vehicles horns constantly.

The hotel was fancy & rooms were clean. AC worked well.

Washrooms are not maintained, dirty water from tap during showers. The staff misbehaved & treated a younger sibling badly for a food payment we already had made. Extremely disappointed. Fridge doesn’t work properly. The location does not do justice for tourists. Nothing useful nearby. Not recommended according to the price. Also, food is overpriced & does not taste good.

Cleanliness was perfect...

Buffet should be better...there was little or no option between three items.. Pls add more items. But I liked paratha and omlette
