HOTEL V

Location was nice and nearby many restaurants. About 5 km from Imam site. The rooftop restaurant is nice and staff are attentive to give proper service.

Coming back to my room, I would get many large flies and even though my window was closed, I cannot tell where they are coming from. A bit of mold in the bathroom, but overall I would stay again.

The service, location and the breakfast was very good

The room didn't had a window and it smelled like cigarettes

The owner took the booking but there was a marriage function. so he moved me to another hotel nearby . There were poor food facilities. Only some breakfast available.

The hotel is better compared to several other indian hotels. The place looks luxurious (unluckly not well maintained). The bed is very comfy. Breakfast is good

The place is dirty and not well kept. We checked into a room that had clearly never been cleaned. We asked to change room, and we were given one that was a little bit better (bed sheets were a bit less dirty, but the toilet wasn't) but there was a mouse hole under the shower, plus we heard rats running above the ceiling all night.

Dedicated reserved parking as mentioned in the description was not there. Though the hotel staff helped to park in front of the hotel itself.

Poor location. Rooms are full of mosquitoes. Bedsheets and pillows are used and old, give lot of smell. Drinking water is giving foul smell. The staff wearing unhygienic uniform. The TV is not working. Network is not there in all hotel rooms. Fridge is placed but not working . All the fridge hotel are out of order. No dental kit is there. The hotel receptionist told us to buy from market. Poor quality of shaving kit. The hotel was changed twice. On discussion staff told us it is personal property and they donot enough support from owner. The quality of breakfast is good. It is not hotel appearance from outside. Lot of rodents are there , one day our food item kept on table, later we find it was eaten by some animal rat or cat. The rodents can enter from the shaft pipe. The staff is always demand for tip . They say sir please give tip as up to evening bony nahi you hai. Overall experience is very poor. I donot think I will go again or recommend anyone to go there.

The food served at the lounge cafe at the terrace of the hotel is amazing. Other than that, I ate dinner every evening at the cafe itself and it was worth it. Good foor with home made taste.

Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and the maintenance of the rooms. I seems to me the cleaning staff is too lazy. Had to call them up 3 times and show and explain them everything we needed clean. Cherry on the top : there are cockroaches in the room.

Only breakfast fast is good

Rooms is good,but lots of cockroaches and lizards there,room change karwaya uske baad bhi usmein cockroaches the,water ke bhi yeh log charges lete h,water ke kaunsa hotel charge leta h,beds and bedsheet quilts not clean,housekeeping staff not supportive ,plz change your housekeeping staff they don't wanna do his work ,itna Ganda aur unhygienic hotel maine nhi dekha.

Cockroach ? are more in the blanket and is not clean. And pillow cover also BAD.

The rooms need renovation. And it rooms are infested with insects and extremely dirty. The bedding had blood stains.

irritating by kitchen staff, they are demanding for money when we go for breakfast?. I don't like this behaviour by the staff.

Staff were attentive and did their best to help. Room size was OK and beds were comfortable.restaurant was just so so.

Location for tourists is poor. No sightseeing close. No sit down restaurant's close. First room was at front of hotel and had lots of traffic noise and fridge didn't work. They moved me to back of hotel but the WiFi there was terrible and TV didn't have a remote to turn it on. They moved me to a middle room where the TV and Wifi both worked. Rooms(bath) and linen are quite dirty and old. Looks like this hotel was quite good once but is getting run down.
