IIDM ECO RESORT

The kind hearted and warm staff. The property is so clean, peaceful and happening.Also the facility to extend check-out time by 3 hours by paying a lesser fee is awesome. I used that.

Food was not great but okay.Also the electric kettles are not there.

Food was good. Stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious.

Resort is in nice location, near from Ekana stadium where we watched IPL match. It is just 40 minutes walk, easy when during night it is hard to find any public transport. Rooms were nice and clean, had attached bathroom and AC. Staffs were very nice and accommodating. We visited from Nepal and they helped us get through city and inform about the stadium and match.

There were mosquitoes throughout the night, even though they gave a repellent, it was not enough.Water from shower head was very low and needed to bath from the bucket they provided. Slipper was not available as well.

Location

The location is near an under construction mall which when built will be quite fancy and a great location for that reason. It's also close enough to Pheonix and Lulu malls and the Ekana stadium. That and the fact that they have a beautiful lawn outside are the only good parts unfortunately.

The rooms were smaller than how it looked in the pictures, it wasn't a big double bed but two single beds put together, the toilets were not very clean, the sheets were not very clean and also had burn marks from cigarettes, etc.

It was the location, which was close to the Cricket Stadium and not far from the Airport.

The room was not clean and could smell of mould. Initially the room that was given, the Toilet was not working. The second room was not that good either. Bathroom was not that clean. Fan speed switch was missing.

Only the outer view. If you look it from outside it looks a like huge property well maintained but in reality it’s not the case.

I stayed for 2 night 27- oct to 29 - oct1. Water bottle didn’t provide as basic amnities. They charged it.2. Breakfast is not complimentary 3. There is no hygiene and cleanliness in room.4. Bathrooms are in worst condition.5. Room service is patheticWe called up in morning for tea and they provided it only after 2-3 hrs.6.Staff is not helpful.7. You need to carry your luggage by yourself.8. Near by there is no restaurant where you can get better option for food.

The place is undoubtedly nice, it's large since it is a resort.But nothing else I liked.

The location is approx 10-13 km from LUCKNOW railway station and if you wish to just rest and then go again - it's more tedious and obviously the travel cost to the location.Secondly is the room - too tooo tooo small and importantly is the room which is at all not good .The bed is not a single king size bed , they have joined two single beds and there has always been a big gap in the middle, too uncomfortable and the bed side was small as well.Thrid the mattress was so bad - it increased the back pain multiple folds ..To take water - we need to come ground floor from 2nd floor.If you have a little more budget , prefer a place near the station .This

every thing, First of all they should have tell the truth that they can not make for early arrival, instead they told that they will do so. But when we reached they showed us a store room to stay

Mattress of room 212, 205 is worst, seems like u r sleeping in a boat, all springs are up and mattress is broken from middle.Comforter smelling very disgusting, asked property manager but they said they are unable to provide any solutions for this.Bathroom doors are not closing well, please check everything before booking the roomsNot worthy, too disappointing and disgusting placeMs pooja is very nice and attentive lady, responding everything well.

It is safe for women travelling alone, staff is courteous.

The hotel needs to enhance their menu and also have a drop facility to the city.

Location, Propery and Pet friendliness.

Food Services, linen and toiletries needs much improvement. Bathroom also needs to be better maintained.

Amazing wholesome Place .Very spacious , full of green natural surroundings, clean functional room. Comfortable, quiet stay, and effortless customer service.. everyone seem to follow unsaid guest friendly SOP . Best Value for Money stay in the town. Wish my stay can be longer here .

Very poor

Very poorly managed with a dearth of manpower. There were mice in the room without the proper availability of basic amenities. Would not recommend this property at all.

Access to property was from veru bad road.

Location is beautiful and stay was very comfortable and peaceful

Rooms are very hot No complimentary breakfast

Pooja the reception and all other staff are so good and everyone are excellent over there. They don't even show up Any attitude they are good with anyone.The garden area is so good and beautiful ❤️?
