The Room Was Very Nice and Quiet (When the Shades were Closed) and at Night Time. Hot Tub in The Room was Good and The Breakfast Was Great…

Nothing Really Except Maybe The Neighborhood Wasn’t All that Good Especially At Night..

The property was nice, great gym and amazing location to walk around there are food spot to try with no issue. The staff very educational and nice. They even upgrade our room because it was my boyfriend’s birthday.

Everything was absolutely perfect. All staff were very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room! I really enjoyed the gym. Had everything I needed. Would for sure stay here again. Thank you!

We wanted a hotel in between the Historic District and La Carolina so it was perfectly located. The room was kept clean and comfortable with maid service every day. It had a very comfortable King bed and a big screen smart TV. It also had a sitting room with a table and nice chairs. It had a great shower with an overhead and hand held shower wand which is rare.

We choose this hotel for its location and that it had a bar and restaurant. Our first night there we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We ordered a couple of drinks that were fine. We ordered an appetizer which was okay but it didn't include what was on the menu. Then we ordered a filet mignon which was literally inedible. The manager who spoke some English finally agreed and offered us anything else on the menu and didn't charge us for the main entre. We had a chicken cutlet parm which was okay. So not a good start. We dared not try anything else so we can't say if anything else on the menu was good or bad. It's a beautiful dining room Complementary breakfast was included with our stay which we took advantage of every morning. Eggs hard boiled and scrambled every day with cold cuts and some kind of bolon and wonderful bread, fruit, tiny croissants. So, pretty good .But I like my coffee hot which I could not get either from the very nice coffee machine that made wonderful espresso nor the carafe, it was just warm. The eggs were also just warm at best. If that doesn't bother you than you will be happy with the breakfast provided.

Very clean and central location. Staff was very attentive and welcoming.

Connected rooms

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The room was incredibly noisy, making it hard to relax. The shower was also a major issue - the water regulator didn't work properly, leaving us with a choice between scalding hot or freezing cold water. The beds were quite uncomfortable, with pillows that were a real letdown. To top it off, the breakfast was very poor. Not a great experience overall.

Beautiful well kept hotel. Close to everything. No night life nearby- need a taxi to get to the many wonderful restaurants in Quito.Very good breakfast, safe comfortable and secure hotel. Excellent staff- always helpful for every need.

The room size was amazing including the bathroom. The room was clean and the cleaners were very nice. The food at the restaurant was good. We tried on separate occasions to book a massage though and the reception never got back to us so if you want a massage, maybe book somewhere else. Oh and this room had an amazing tv

Excellent hotel, huge rooms, high quality furnishings, very comfortable king size beds, friendly staff, best breakfast I had in my travels through South America.

WiFi was slow

Location was good, well connected with public transportation facilities. The staff in the hotel was extraordinary nice, polite and helpful. The hotel is spacious and offers plenty of additional space like lobbies, restaurants, conference facilities, gym,... The breakfast was good, I especially liked a lots of fresh fruits, and fresh squeezed juice...

In one of our 3 rooms, a glasses case with jewelry inside went missing after a TV technician left the room. We alerted the hotel and they said they trusted all their TV technicians. There are no cameras in the rooms, so not able to catch the man, unfortunately.
