The bed and pillows were really good, and the staff was super attentive and caring. Everything I needed and requested was solved, which is an important factor for me. My room wasn't ready when I arrived, but the reception managed the situation pretty fast. The room is big, very comfortable.
My sheets were really old and frayed, which wasn't expected for the hotel's cathegory. My shower was also kind of hard to set the water temperature.
Positive: Cleanliness; Location; Breakfast; Shower; Bed and Pillows; Staff; Value (good price per night) Negative: The parking lot is “tight”, you have to pay attention as it has many concrete columns and the space is limited. You have to pay for the garage separately. The bathroom doesn’t have any ventilation. No window, no exhaustion.
