Central location, well cleaned hotel rooms.

Loud noise from the busy street next to the hotel. No microwave and no coin laundry available.

The location is okay, near the bus station, and also is close to the train station. The room was nice, clean, and quite bigger than I expected. Room service was also good. There's a bath tub for a hot bath as well. Overall it's wonderful.

The only one tiny issue was the hot water. I waited for few minutes, and it's quite unstable.

Reasonable hotel room size, spacious bathroom, great location (close to the science museum), great front desk staff, great room service / towel replenishment, and overall cleanliness and quietness of the room.

N/A - I wish it had come with hand soap / soap bar in the bathroom. Other than that I liked everything else.

Staff exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a large group with multiple rooms. Staff were so helpful.

room lighting wasn't that good, curtains are not big enough to block sunlight at the edges of the windows, room was so bright at 7am

mold, mold, mold due to poor cleaning.had water coming out from underneath the tiles when stepping on it.cleaning standards are not matching the general impression of the hotel.

Modern looking room. Nice sofa at lobby.Hotel staff service were average in general. However, there was a curly hair guy called Vincent. I met him twice during my stay in the mornings. Gave me valuable information. Excellent service. Boss should give him a pay raise!Nearby, there was a Japanese restaurant (信兵衛手作丼飯壽司) with more than 40k reviews. Try if you want.

No international socket in the room. You could purchase an adapter from the front desk. Forgot the price. Towels were not really clean. Saw a stain in the first one that I was looking. Hardly used it again. I had mixed feelings about the location. It was walkable distance from many places. About 20 to 30mins. However, the streets were a bit dark in the night (after 10pm) because most shops were closed.

Location near to one of Taichung night market.

Room is nice, however showering room is very small.

Rate was good, staff are very helpful, water and coffee provided, near the night market

The shower was very very small and tight, difficult to move freely, wifi not working, only when you’re near the exit door, perhaps due to the building construction

The room is not soundproof enough so we could hear the noise from next door and from the corridor.Unfortunately, the next door guest was having a party so we couldn't sleep well and it made us very frustrated.The location seems good from the map but it is not as convenient as I expected.If you know how to take a public bus to walk around ,you could chose this hotel as the bus stop is just beside hotel.Overall, I won't stay this hotel again .The breakfast is not delicious either..

I enjoyed the cleanliness, the bathtub, the facilities. The staff were helpful when I needed it!

Even on the 9th floor you can hear the traffic from the ground

The room is clean and location is good for me.

However, the sound proof is the worst thing. I can hear the noise from vehicles every morning, barely can sleep.
