The hotel is perfectly located for Feng Chia University and Feng Chia Night Market. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the noisy streets. Rooms are spotless and offer good views of the city. The beds are more comfortable than average, and the breakfast is better than average.

I would have preferred more than one towel per room. And note that the check-in counter is automated, so they seem to employ less staff than usual for a hotel of this size. But, on the other hand, this may explain the lower-than-expected price tag.

Checking in was confusing without assistance from human staff. Our daughters were eventually able to figure it out but older, less technically savvy travelers will find it difficult

Excellent hotel premise with in-room facilities.

Though the room is quite compact, the comfort and location compensated it.

Everything was good. We loved the room with the window view and you had everything in one touch on the desk. Breakfast was good and the dinner as well even though the dinner was in buffet style. There is more that enough parking space and walk directly to the elevator, it is really convenient.

There was no person to help and the automate check-in process was not that smoothly as you expected. I can't find my booking by using my last name especially when you have double last name. Unfortunately, all instructions was in chinese. Luckily some other staff walking passed and helped us to call the front-desk staff.

The room is in good size for family, very clean, location is good.

Location near to street food

For a family of 4 room a bit small.

The room was clean, new, modern, sleek, and very well furnished. Even had a useful mini AI assistant. Toiletries provided were of good quality too.

Not many F&B options within a 5min walk in the morning.

Its walking distance to Feng Jia Night Market.

It’s a hotel with high technology. Had issues during self check in however was resolved very quickly by the staffs. Rooms are quite small for the price we paid.

Big windows in the room, water pressure is strong enough. Toilet bowl has heating system and it’s clean. Close to Feng Jia night market.

Room with two double beds were too small, there’s not enough room to put our bags. Room would be better if it’s laminated or vinyl flooring instead they use tiles imagine walking around the room in winter with bare feet. But they do provide room slippers so it’s okay. Lighting at the corridors were too dim! I didn’t like it. Dust at the windows panel can be seen I think which was why I kept sneezing. This hotel is a self check in hotel with no reception staff at the lobby you will have to call if you need any assistance.

New and clean hotel. Location wise is not fantastic. It takes about 15 mins walk to reach the point of Feng Jia night market. The stay inclusive of breakfast. Variety of food is very oriental and this is Taiwan so that depends on individual preference. The inconvenience part is that it allocate from 7.30, 8.30 and 9.30. It’s only for an hour which is alright. But, we are on holiday and we have to wake up by certain time to catch breakfast. If we reserve 9.30, and it happens that we wake up early as it’s a lovely sunshine day, we can’t go for early breakfast!!! Once we wanted to have early breakfast around 8.45 but our reservations is 9.30. We are refused to enter even though there is empty tables. The staff claimed that there are a fee room guests who booked 8.30 but not there yet. What happened if the guests had a tired night before and miss the 8.30? Thus is only perfect in theory but not practical practice. Anyway, it stressed our holiday as we can’t have impromptu plan. We will never go back again.

Take off breakfast arrangement

Location is good as it is close to Feng Chia night market (approx 12mins walk). The road is narrow so if you have booked a tour, your tour bus might not be able to park there. Check in was completely do-it-yourself as i reached taiwan late at night. If i remember correctly, the staff is only there to assist till 11pm. Might be difficult for non tech savvy person.The netflix in the room didn’t work but not a major point for me. Toilet and shower is separated.

The bed is very comfortable. Location is good. A lot of eateries nearby . 7Eleven is close too. Room is clean .But a bit tight space for 3 adults. Should have arranged a king & a single bed will do.

The breakfast can be improved with more varieties.

Location of the property is great. Just beside Feng Jia university and walkable to Feng Jia night market.The price for the family room is also very reasonable and value for money.

Replenish the amenities daily, clean and comfortable. Good walk to Fengjia night market.
