The bedsheets areToo old . Already thinning from washing and using for a long time Some morning when I woke up the bedsheet is detach not enough garter to hold them at the corner of the mattress . The towels are also very thin from using for so many years .For the past 10 years I always use airline inn I also refer to so many of my friend who wasn’t to teaching for medical check up at Metro Tungs hosp . And others also refer to this hotel .

Great location, parking, excellent breakfast and coffee available all day, very comfortable bed, clean and serviced. Beautiful city

Great simple breakfast available, porridge, bread some cooked dishes. The rooms are spacious. Location is great too, near sogo and the bus stop.

Carpet. The dull colour makes it seem dirtier than it really is. Extra amenities like toothbrush, razors etc, are payable.

Bed was too soft for me

The staff saw that I accidentally burned my fingers and they brought me ice to my room

The toilet is squat type . Should change to sitting type bec u can’t squat . If I squat I can’t get up

Huge hotel rooms! And a really good hotel breakfast spread!

Rooms are far away from the lobby

Very good but the faicility is a bit outdated. The bathroom especially needed to be redone. It floods every time we shower.

The details. Need to deep clean the corners. Wall paper were scratched and not renewed.

I liked the interior design it feels like in a plane, and the uniform of their staff is like the flight attendant.

The aircon is too low temperature.

Super good location, parking zone, Big TV, clean room, big bathtub,

Sound insulation is not good, luckily next room guests didn’t make noise after 12:00.

We are a family of 5 and stayed in their Family Room. 3 twin beds. Clean rooms. Location which is next to SOGO and lots of restaurants.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They help us deposit the luggage even before or after our stay.

The bed is on the short side for tall ppl like me (6'3). Other than that, the room is pretty comfy.

- Location is excellent near several shopping malls and eateries in West district. Short walking distance to the National Museum of Natural History, Science Centre & Botanical Gardens- Simple but decent buffet breakfast- Good hot showers & Wifi quality- Free water, coffee, tea and snacks all day

- Room a bit smelly and very dirty below the bed- Room and common areas bland-looking and with uninspired design for a so-called 4-star hotel

excellent location with easy (relatively speaking considering only one subway line currently in operation which makes it rather useless) access to airport and high speed train station. Also next to sogo department store and many good local small restaurants.

The hotel is rather huge with a lot of interior space which makes it creepy to me especially walking through the maze alone at night. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Last but not the least, world gym downstairs would no longer offer complimentary access to hotel guests.

Spacious room and exceptional huge toilet. International wall plugs in the room. Location is close to National Museum of Natural Science. Nx building is Sogo contains Uniqlo, GU, Tokyu Hands, Supermarket and restaurants. Chun Shui Tang Branch is also within Sogo. Easy walk to Shenji New Village.

Value for money and fairly new. Room was very big. Bed was soft

Pillows were a little dusty. Baby cot did not provide a mattress but a wooden board which was very hard

Room is spacious and located right next to Sogo. There are plenty of eateries nearby. Parking is in the basement and free.Breakfast has a good variety. Overall, worth the price paid.

The room is really, really big. Beds were comfortable. The location is great. We didn't pay for the breakfast so I can't talk about that. Bathroom was really spacious.

The room doesn't have a window, but we knew that ahead of time, but I will take the hug room and bathroom over the window any day.

Great value. Excellent location next to 廣三sogo and 勤美。bus stop to/from 高鐵站literally outside of hotel。very spacious room.
