Kun Hotel

The courtesy of the staff...and the cleanliness of the hotel

That i don't find tea in the room, yet there are cups and kettle

location, free parking, breakfast, good value for money

thin walls, soft pillows, no bathtub

The room was spacious, the bathroom is clean. The location is pretty good, just a few meters from a bus stop. It has nice receiving lobby too.

The room lacked mirror, there’s so much wall yet bare, it could do well with a full length mirror by the bar.

Bathroom leaking from above floor. Shower floor was a pool of water.

Bathroom, toilet and bedroom.

Close proximity to Fengchia night market, however quite far from the Taichung HSR station or Taichung Station Cultural Railway. Getting to or from the Taichung HSR station takes about 20 mins by car.Convenient as there are lots of eating / drinking options nearby. The bed is super comfortable that made me hesitant to get up in the morning. Shower pressure is also very good.

The location relatively far from Taichung HSR station, the towels are quite old, found several long hairs (not mine) in the bathroom after being “cleaned”, breakfast isn’t included and there is only one breakfast place near the hotel to go to, the carpet in front of the lift (7th floor) is uneven )could be tripping hazard).

Walking distance to Feng Jia night market. Room is clean and big, we stay for one night.Breakfast included for 4 of us.Staff are friendly

Excellent location - walking distance to many restaurants ans Feng Jia Night Market. clean and new property, will stay again

Location, modern hotel with bidet, clean and has a balcony

Do not provide basic amenities like bathroom slippers (need to buy). Only has hair dryer and towels.Pillows are soft and flat too. But you can ask for more.

Location, quite end of Fengjia, yet close to market. Lots to eat and drink.

Bed was too soft for our liking.

Convenient location, slightly away from the main road so it is quieter.Staff is nice and helpful.

Perhaps it would be good to implement card access lift for better security.

Not happy

Deducted double amount, claimed to be hotel’s policy and the refund is depending on card company which is unacceptable to me?

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The area is located in a good area. I loved going to walk at the park nearby.

There was a lot of dust in the rooms. I would suggest the hotel staff thoroughly clean and dust the surfaces and floors. The bathrooms cleaned and scrubbed with a detergent.

breakfast buffetcomfy beds

no tub :(

great location on top of a mini-mall and next to the metro

elevator system is weird and slow

Breakfast Taste is average. Consider more variety of fruits.

Consider to provide toilet paper roll, although you already had installed the auto washing bidget set.

Very good staff, and nice hotel. Location is good and offers a lot of commodities.

Althought the room is big, it is missng a mirror (some basic) and the desk was a bit small. Also the gym is very small (only running and spinning machines)

Great location, easy parking, spacious rooms. Perfect for an roadtrip

Room wasn't dirty, but is also wasn't spotless

Great value for stay and the rooms were small but clean. The room and bathroom had everything we needed. Location was close to lots of food

The pillows were not very comfortable and the rooms were small

Very close to Feng Jia Night market, only about 10 minutes walk away. Staff were extremely enthusiastic and friendly. Had complications with the toilet bidet, staff resolved it immediately.Room is clean and comfortable.

Nothing unsatisfying.

The hotel is near 逢甲 night market about 10mins walk. Hotel shampoo and body were quite good.Breakfast not bad
