Great staff. Very polite and attentive. Very clean room.

I thought I wouldn't mind a windowless room but having a window makes a big difference. I will definitely pay a little extra for a room with a window next time.

The location is great. Short walk to the night market and shopping mall. With a world gym in the same building that we can use. We love the room with extra sitting area where our family could gather and eat together in the room. Extra sink in the room was handy as well. Free use of washing machine and dryer was great!

The hotel's pillow is very uncomfortable... We often woke up with neck pain. We asked for harder pillows and were told that all the pillows were the same. We asked for more pillows, and were told that they could only provide maximum two more pillows each room. We also asked for knife to cut fruit, but they don't have. We asked for plates but they could only provide one... Another thing is that they do not provide soap or hand wash. Yes, we could use the body wash to wash hands, but do they expect us to climb into the bath tub to get some body wash from the wall each time to wash hands? I am sure it's not that difficult to provide a bottle of hand wash at the sink... And finally the breakfast wasn't that fantastic.

I loved the free access to the World Gym and breakfast had lots of options that were quite tasty. The hotel was excellent value for money.

Very good location! Very good value. We had a larger room 2 beds (Quadruple room-fits 5 people). Clean, quiet. Rooms are slightly older, but still very good condition. Large bathroom and shower. Close to restaurants, night markets, shopping. Nice that they offer free laundry, which we did use. Breakfast offering was decent. Was included in our price. Gym pass to World Gym in the same building.

They provide the top quality breakfast for their guests. I really enjoyed the food even I spent 6 days there and never feel tired of the food. Great Job!!

Perfect location, walking distance to night market and chungyo departmental stores. There is also a very good Kuang Nan Wholesale store which sells everything you will need

The hotel is just located opposite the Yi Zhong night market and Yizhong Street shopping district. Very convenience. The hotel room is also very clean. The breakfast was a sufficient spread of variety and there is also complimentary laundry usage and water dispensers at specify level of the hotel. Good for travellers who need to temporary wash their cloths.

Renovation at the level 1 lobby and the need to bring the original credit cards where you used to book the hotel for check-in, else you have to use another separate credit cards for payment and they will refund back the original booked amount (in TWD) back to your booking credit cards which incur foreign exchange lost to us.

The location is great, it is near to the Night Market and there are lots of stores nearby.

What immediately impressed us was the size of the room. Very big! And generally clean too. The reception staff were helpful in our requests whenever we asked them about questions like transportation and things to do in the area. There's a convenient water dispenser on the 5th floor as well as free laundry and drying machines. The breakfast buffet is small but satisfactory.

The door lock behaved weirdly. It wouldn't always automatically lock behind us when we left the room. I asked the staff about it and when a guy came up to check, he said it has some smart lock system that we would need to work with. We ended up just testing the door everytime we left to make sure it was locked. I'm not sure if it would be a dealbreaker to me, but it's a weird problem to even have to deal with at all. One small thing is that our room had no window. Again, not a dealbreaker, but a bummer.
