Taichung Harbor Hotel

Nice rooms.

The staff are great. Everyone I met was welcoming and professional. This was the best part of my staying experience, and I hope that the hotel at least keeps the status quo about the staff. The hotel location is not touristic (more in the industrial area) but close to the harbor. There are convenient stores in walking distance. The traffic in the hotel area was low during our visit. The parking in the hotel was convenient. We could drive in to find a parking space easily and drive out to our destination without getting stressed - quite suitable for customers coming with a car.

Room facilities require better maintenance and better cleaning. I provided feedback on the survey paper and hope that the feedback reached the hotel management. After using the shower/shampoo gel provided in the room, my fingers felt sticky.

Newer, clean and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast.

Nothing. Great place to stay.

All the staff members were amazing. Best Hotel and STAFF of all the hotels I've stayed at during my 15 years in Taiwan. Free Shuttle is a Plus Point. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. They were very busy on Sunday morning but everything was so well organized. Extra seating, many waiters. Excellent service. Empty plates were immediately removed. Nobody had to wait for food to be replaced. They really helped to make my husband's birthday very special. I highly recommend Taichung Harbor Hotel.

Everything was perfect!

The whole hotel looks fabulous.I had a mishap with another booking so booked the Harbour so I had somewhere to stay for two days.On arrival a few hours before the recognised.checkin time the lady.behind the reception went out of there way to get me a room as possible, I'd like to thank the house keeping team too for this. With one hour of arriving I was in my room, fantastic. The whole attitude of the staff was great.Room was spacious and light, with a shower and a bath.Facilities attitude the hotel were great from the spa, fitness and stuff of kids to be kept occupied with.On some floors there's even a washing machine and dryer which costs 20 cents for the wash and 30 for the dryer.Breakfast, I've never seen a larger selection of food.

The location is great. The comforter is quite warm and comfy. Two types of pillow are provided. I also like there are laundry machines in the hotel.

I hope there were gogoro renting service. The quality of slippers could be improved.

Breakfast is very good, adequate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good for the port area. To get into the city costs ~ 25 Euros and takes 25 minutes.

Windows need a clean.
