The room is very comfortable to stay , it's clean and cozy

They didn't prepare the toothbrush and water to drink, but overall nice plce to stay .

Japanese toilet :-) cleanness, white sheets, soft towels, all I needed was there.

Conveniently located within walking distance to day market and night market. Plenty of food options nearby. Hot/warm water dispenser and dining facilities in the basement area are handy to provide a comfortable dining experience for takeaway food to avoid eating in crowded night market. Washing machine is an added bonus.

It would be helpful to provide English translation of the full functions on the washing machine (eg speed wash, quick rinse, drying)

Close to Zhongxiao Road Night Market and there are convenient stores nearby. The breakfast shops open early and the food is more than good.

It is super clean and has a pleasant smell. The modern design features nice facilities. The staff is very helpful and assisted us in upgrading to a more spacious room for free. The basement cafeteria area provides free coffee and snacks, which is very thoughtful.

The water drains from the sink very slowly, which makes it easy for flooding to occur. The washing machine doesn't work efficiently; it takes more than two hours to dry the clothes. Our first room, 403, which faces the street, is very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Room was spacious and clean with a washing machine in the balcony. It is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a small night market just 1-2 mins walk down the street. You will need to Uber to get around but it is a nice restful respite away from the hustle and bustle. Staff are very helpful and you can help yourself to refreshments and lockers for your luggage in the basement :)

Location is tucked away from main city area

First of all, i would like to say thank you to the friendly staffs that decorate my room in birthday theme. My friend asked them via email to have a surprise decoration, they didnt reply the email which make it really surprise to me. Hahahaha!! Well done!!. They really put a true heart in preparing that although they seldom have this kind of request. It is so nice and touching when looking at it, u can feel their sincerity. Besides, they also provide free snacks, coffee & tea at the lounge area. The front desk staffs also very friendly. i can say TaiChung's ppls are more friendly than those i met in Taipei. they are so humble and friendly, its feel warm like home.

Nothing that i dont like. everything is perfect. quite convenient also when we want to travel out, just get teksi or by uber can reach destination. Behind the stay have one night market, not bad to grab some nice foods. the guava is must try.

Because we checked in late we had to use the automated method..... This proved slightly tedious and likely more time-consuming than it should have been..... This is located in a area close to a university and at night there is no shortage of choice in terms of food stalls a short walk away. During the day there are also other markets which you can explore. The rooms are very large and very clean. The water closet in ours was especially spacious and handicapped accessable. The rooms were very well appointed. Nice rooftop terrace as well!

The covered smoking area which must be gone through in order to reach the entrance was unnecessary and revolting. After hours check-in procedures should be simplified or at least better described....

room is very small. No shelf or enough desk surface for placing your stuff. Even no luggage rack for your luggage. The bath sink is super small and what is even worse is they installed a shelf above the sink so you are not able to wash your face.

This hotel is in a great location just a quick bus ride away from the main station and just next to a nice night market. The self check-in worked perfectly and our room was very clean and had the described facilities. We could also store our luggage in a locker room after check-out. Overall, really a great hotel for staying in Taichung.

The room looked more spacious on the pictures than it actually was. Nevertheless, the room was very well equipped and very clean. We would definitely come back!

Good location, easily access to night market. Luggage storage is convenient.

The staff is very helpful and responsive. The room aroma and the laundry capsules are very fragrant. Feels good to be in the room and on the bed. The basement lounge is good. Provided snacks and drinks.

More proper places to hang clothes especially inside the toilet and shower room. Our clothes get wet easily.

Surrounding shops and environment can be a little chaotic, not walking distance to MRT (but several buses go to the station), wifi was not working in our room

The room is clean and simple. The bathroom was quite modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The location is very near to the night market.

Way Inn is perfect in every way possible. We love the rooms, it's clean, the toilets don't smell, the bed and pillows are comfy, and the location is so centralised. Staff is friendly and there's even a little area in B1 for us to chill.

Love the modern decor and great location to the night market

Nothing, everything was perfect. It’s not a problem that the facility does not automatically include breakfast, there is an option to order breakfast or try out a traditional Taiwanese breakfast place literally around the corner on the main Street.

Tucked in a quiet cosy corner that's close but away from the bustle of the city. It's also near a nice night market.

Room is clean and the staffs are friendly to help. Easy to find food stalls and restaurant around.

Just the location is not convenient for us to go Taichung railway station and center town. Need to walk for a distance. Not convenient for parking car. No breakfast provided.
