The bed was too hard for me and the pillows couldn't support side sleepers like me enough.

The floor is very dirty even the bedsheet and pillow case have red stain.housekeeping lady is not good in cleaning we stay for 2night she only change towel but only 1towel even the guest is 2persons we always need to contact the receptionist also she did not clean the floor. Very dissapointed i dont know why is this 4star hotel . But its look like hostel. Breakfast every moring not so good no egg only a little variation for buffet .

Location will be the highlight as it is next to Taichung Railway Station and close to famous landmarks of Taichung City. You can join the Railway's walking tour to get a glimpse to the city's history which was a plus point. The receptionist team which assisted us were very helpful and understanding. Good customer service. We were grateful for the upgrade. Breakfast were satisfactory, provided congee, toasts, noodles, coffee, tea and soy milk to name a few.

We had to change rooms 2 times as the first 2 rooms were not clean. The 3rd room was better in terms of cleanliness and the only down side is the bed was not comfortable and felt very old. Receptions did not fuss over this and gave us an upgrade.

The only thing I like it the location of the hotel

My room supposed to be non smoking room, however it was obvious that someone smoked there. I have asthma and I could smell the cigarettes, the drapes also had cigarettes burs to it. There was also black mold in the washroom.

Only the location was great to get around the city

It wasn’t clean with dirty carpets and curtains. Also, only 2x electric points inside the room makes charging more difficult. The breakfast was also only acceptable with very limited option and poor quality coffee. The room itself doesn’t have good sound insulation so you can hear the next room quite clearly.

Perfect location, right opposite Taichung TRA station. Walking distance to Taroko Mall. Room with great view. Basic breakfast to save time.

Wifi doesn't work had to use my 4G. Breakfast for a 4 star is bellow par (no croissant, no salmon, only one jam and was chemical taste, no Nutella, no scrambled eggs, no decent butter, no milk, no tea, only 1 type of fruit). Location is close to station but station area has many homeless people. I don't understand how this can be called 4 star. Only good was price (1.350 ntd for 1 night with breakfast). Bathroom needs good cleaning so does the windows. On picture is basically all you can get at the breakfast.

Location is great and convenient but also keep the quietness. Breakfast is good with varieties.

Overall, this place is good for those on a budget looking for a quiet, well-located stay, but improvements in cleanliness and room layout would make a huge difference.

Room Condition:The carpet was very old and dirty, making the space feel unclean. The room itself was cramped, with the bed awkwardly set in a small corner, which impacted comfort. A revamp of the room is definitely overdue.Surrounding Area:While the location is convenient, the presence of significant homelessness in the vicinity can be off-putting for some guests.

Location was very good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Wifi was horrible, could not even watch a short youtube video or make travel plans for the next day using their wifi.

We stay 2 night but never provide cleaning service and not allow us to stays at the lobby after 11pm.

The location is excellent.The rooms are not very big, but shouldn't be a problem for solo travellers who don't plan to stay many nights. The rooms are standard comfortable. It is quite clean

For European reference, it looks more like a 3 stars hotels than 4. Price is okay. The breakfast is modest, to be gentle. It would be good quality/ well ranked as a 3 stars hotel. Unfortunately, it falls a bit too short for a 4 stars

It was across the street from the train station, therefore, it was very convenient. The breakfast was very good. The staff was nice and helpful.

The air-conditioning was not great. The air was very weak, and the wall unit was not able to be changed. This made the room very warm while I was there, which is very uncomfortable in August when it's hot and humid.

Location is great, bus station is just nearby the hotel, the opposite has 7-11 convenience store, and the ZhongXiao night market also not far away. The staffs is friendly, breakfast is simple but more than enough for a quick grab before starting the trip.

The cleanliness can get improve as the bed-sheet not really clean for my room (maybe it is the mark cannot be cleaned?)
