Pros +
- Great location with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very friendly, and I really appreciated the comfortable armchair in the room — such a nice change from hotels where the only place to sit is the bed. It made it a great spot for reading.
- The room is spacious and comfortable. But the first day the air con did not blows the cool air but it was not hot to the level to ask someone to check. Sometimes later in the night, the air con works like it should do a blow the cool air and it was fine for the rest of our stay.
- The hotel was great. There was nothing I could complain about as all the services and facilities were superb!! I very much appreciated and enjoyed the 24hour gym which was equipped with basic free weights, cardio machines just good enough to have a nice workout! Everything was spotless, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Location just ideal;-)
Cons -
- The location is nice a-lot of restaurants and carrefour supermarket is nearby.
- The room was a little cold in winter.
- Though the building was nice, the only drawback was their parking. It was either mechanical parking within the building but for sedans or if one had an SUV, you had to park either next door in a parking garage or street parking.

Excellent hotel, in nice area. Have stayed many times here, just because it’s comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the room is nice
Really nice bathroom very a very comfortable jacuzzi bathtub.
The room was a little cold in winter.
Wonderful staff who go above and beyond and are accommodating and friendly. The facilities are nice (a bit dated) but ev
Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.
The breakfast selection was pretty good with enough choices to select from however it seemed to emphasize more on the traditional Chinese breakfast.

1. The location is great:-Proximity to the MRT but in a quiet lane, thus without all the noise and hassle; parking is also available for drivers-Convenience stores and Supermarkets(Carrefour) at the doorstep-A variety of snack stalls and high quality restaurants(yakiniku in particular) nearby-Near Wen-Hsin Forest Park2. Room is spacious for Taiwan hotels3. Staff very friendly and helpful generally speaking
1. Room is a bit dated but still in good shape2. TV supports casting, netflix etc. but you need to request another remote controller from the reception3. If you plan to do sightseeing in the old city district, this location is a bit far (but doable)
Pretty good location easy get to all the places
The clearness would be better and also the bathroom light was too too too dark!!!
Great location, really comfy beds, lovely varied breakfast, great value for money. Got a free room upgrade too...
Lift were a bit slow and crowded.
The staff were friendly and very helpful! Help us change rooms!
Some guests smoke and smoke got into our room!

Elevator did not match the room it gotNeed to wait longer during rush hour
1. Clean and bedrooms are a good sized (especially the studios are self sufficient!).2. Comfortable beds3. Easy checking in and out.
1. You need to flush twice to clean the toilet. 2. There is nothing to hang clothes or towels in the toilet.
Good quality hotel. Comfortable room. Close to many good restaurants.
The internet is terrible slow
They could offer the PC and personal space for temporary work in time. Besides that, you could have some magazines like business weekly to get the last news in the world. Their grain bread also tastes delicious.
Breakfast, staff
Not clean
Hardly can find a room that have bigger beds for family. So we went for the room.
The parking isnt in the building itself so you need to have a short walk and it is not connected to the hotel so if its raining u gonna be drenched. The toilet it is uncomfy, it felt like they just wanna to have bathtub in the toilet however actually the toilet just squeezed everything into tiny toilet.
staff was very supportive and nice.
there was a lobby and cafe store to stay on the 1st floor, very helpful in case you have to check out but the time of the flight is many hours after that
Very friendly staff, helped to upgrade room and love to better room
Old facilities (especially bed and bathrooms)
