Location is amazing. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Staff are very kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean. I really appreciated the complementary washing machine & dryer usage.

Soundproof wasn’t good. Hotel is on a busy road and you can hear car & motorbike noise early morning to late night.

We booked a family room for our family with 2 adults and 2 kids and it was spacious and comfy. The room was clean with disposable slippers provided (the floor can still get your socks dirty so you need them). Overall a nice simple hotel decently located. For reference, it was about 10 mins walk from the Shen Ji Market, 15 mis walk from Caowu plaza and 15 mins walk from Miyahara ice cream shop.

Like everyone mentioned, the noise isolation wasn't that great. You will hear people walking in the hallway or the cars on the streets, but the hotel provides ear plugs for anyone who minds. The other thing is the lack of blackening blinds. These are not big problems tho.

A hotel that provide efficient and adequate services. Staff is friendly.

Check in area is very small and just good for a few people standing for a short while. Breakfast was by room services and it included simple sandwich and milk tea from local shop around the corner. Most of the rooms are facing the main street that is noisy at night.

it was well furnished and perfect for our travel size. only thing to note is that the washer and dryer are not located within the apartment but at a separate level.

would be great if the unit came with its own washer and dryer!

Friendly staff, nice room sizes with comfy bed, nice views of Taichung. No real complaints, was a great place to spend two nights. There were nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Downstairs lounge was nice; we used it as a dining area after ordering delivery.

Not the easiest location to get to from the train station or night markets - we ended up walking or taking a taxi after a couple of bus hiccups (Google Maps is not always right with the bus times, FYI!).

I think this maybe the most beautiful apartment I had ever seen in TaiChungcrazy huge space plus cozy rooms, massive open kitchen and living room too. everything is clean, staffs are super friendly and helpful too.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and well designed. The sofa was comfortable and the smart TV was huge. We enjoyed staying in one on evening and watching a film! The bed was also massive and well dressed with comfy pillows and bedding. The staff at reception were attentive and spoke good English. We were able to leave our bags at reception before check-in, and after we checked out, which was a huge help. Laundry facilities were available on the 5th floor, and we were able to borrow a steam iron from reception. Internal soundproofing was also great; we didn't hear a peep from the other guests. The rooftop terrace was particularly good, with ample seating for multiple groups of guests, and views across the city.

As the property is located on the intersection of a busy road, the road noise was substantial. Helpfully, ear plugs are freely available from reception, but I would not recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper.

Located on a Main Street near where I needed to be. Loved the view from my room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful

The location of the hotel was great, the room was a little smaller than expected and the door to the washroom is a little hard to open. As its right beside a busy road, there will be noise from traffic but the hotel do provide ear plugs :-) Overall a pleasant stay.

the hotel and apartment feels brand new. the apartment was so spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. apart from the few things mentioned, it was a dream staying here. the apartment is definitely one to stay in for a few more days. service staff were lovely. although I had indicated my arrival time, it was during the break time and we had not been informed not to come then. thankfully the staff (who was starting her shift slightly later) saw us and came in to assist us and was very kind to help us with some extra requests. unfortunately we didn't take a lot of time exploring the vicinity.

the noise level on the front (living room, 2 bedrooms) is quite high, so much so ear plugs are offered. for a 3 bedroom apartment, key appliances like a microwave would be good. there are 2 washing machines and a dryer available at level 5 for sharing but for long term stay, it would be nice to have those within the apartment.

Good big space and convenient to have washing machine and dryer too. Hotel is near to Shen Ji New Village
