Convenient, and clean

Location was great. Very close to train station. Rooms were comfy and clean.

not really nice, more like a motel quality place. I’ve stayed in hostels in Taiwan that are much nicer than this place, I guess that’s why it’s so cheap. The rooms are dingy and not really clean. whole place felt outdated and dirty.

No water/ kettle in the room. Bad insolation.The WiFi connection is very bad though. They use a NVM service provider which keeps losing connection and makes it unstable. Unuseable Location is great. Good location, not far from main train station. 2nd market is few hundreds meters away.

No hot water kettle in the room, need to go to ground floor to take it. There is coffee machine at ground floor (free coffee) but when there is no receptionist, no coffee or no coffee cups .Also, there is no cloth cabinet or any selves, there is only a hook stand for clothes.

Good wifi, rooms were good and comfortable bed

306 room maybe relocate the television cuz its hard to watch in that side .. maybe put the television beside the door for easy watching.

Lovely, spacious room. Very comfy and cosy bed and bedding. Clean. Central location with easy access to food, buses, attractions. Free coffee/tea.

There's a bit of musty smell when you first enter the room but sorted out by opening the window for a bit.

Staff was very friendly and spoke English. The hotel was conveniently located close to metro.station.

Decent room size, nice hall entry in where they keep your luggage. Internet works well.

No bed lamp, night table was broken. Shower didn’t have enough pressure. Bathroom needs some shelves. There’s no desk in the room, just a very small table.

The location is great. I got a room on the top floor, ao I couldn't hear any traffic, which was great. the bathroom was clean. Good water pressure in the shower.

The bed was clean, but the duvet seemed to be quite old, it has turned yellow. Also, the bedside lamps didn't work.

Very central, close to many restaurants and public transportation

Very worn out! I’ve stayed here before but the room they put me in was absolutely terrible.The chipping on the wall fell on me while I was sleeping.

Central location and easy check in process

The staff is not accommodating, even for long term staying guests! I was woken up with a loud banging on my door because one of the staff members didn’t check & see that I had extended my stay.The whole point of being in the Hospitality industry is to be hospitable and make sure that guests are well taken care of…the staff here, still needs some training in this regard.

Location was nice. Room is sufficiently clean. Overall, it was comfortable stay.

Would be nice if the area around the window isn't cover in black spots.

Staffs are very friendly, and helpful.They help me to make a reservation of rastaurant.

You should take a walk little bit from Taichung St.But for me, it was not so stressful because my lagage was not big.

Clean and simple, nice sheets on the bed. Very helpful staff at front desk and nice surroundings to go into from the busy streets.

Very noisy at night time both from other rooms and outside even with window closed. Strange smell when we entered the room and bathroom not ventilating so well.

We could drop off our luggage early and pay with credit card. It's an old building in a busy road, badly soundproofed. The room was simple and relatively clean.

During the night there was a bad drainage smell. You hear all the people in the hallway as if they are standing next to your bed. On Saturday the price is double or triple, completely overpriced!!!

Generously big rooms and beds, really nice amenities, unbeatable price!

10mins away from the metro station and there is quite a number of bus stop around
