Pool and playground

The room was very outdated. I also found a big roach in there. There were no iron, no coffee machine. I didn't get the room that I paid for.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

At the entrance the trash was overflowing. Not a good appearance.

Friendly staff luxury breakfast

The hotel is nice and the room was comfortable. I liked the fact that it had an indoor heated pool because it was raining some days and I could still enjoy swimming. The bar also had good drinks and the breakfast was good and had many options.

The restaurant at dinner was too slow I don't recommend it. One of those days they took more than one hour to serve my food which was a pretty simple dish and they didn't even bring my beverage during all the time I was waiting.

The only thing that seemed good was the breakfast buffet, but after finding two cockroaches, my mother and I only opted for yogurt.

The The room was very small with no closet, and the bathroom looked old. The location is far from everything. We asked for help to charge our phone because we didn’t know the plug was different from Paraguay and the USA. The hotel shop was already closed, and the reception didn’t even want to help us for 10 minutes to get a bit of battery.

Location and facilities were really good for the price paid. Having 3 pool options was great!

Getting the bags to the second floor was a bit inconvenient but nothing too bad.

The pool, garden and playground were good and clean. Staff general was friendly.

Rooms are very small and need a good restoration. It is very noisy. All day and half the night you can hear other guests or the cleaning staff.

extreme cold during breakfast, 2 degrees, not possible to eat comfortably with this temperature inside the restaurant.

People walking and talking outside the room can hear everything.Very low water pressure from the shower.

- we had a cockroach in our room - the walls are very thin and we woke up at night from the tv of the room next to us was very loud - there were a lot of Families with small Kids in the hotel which was a bit chaotic at the breakfast (just something to be aware of if you are looking for a quiet place to relax)

Magnificent location and unbeatable value for money. Dinner and breakfast were included and both were very good. The swimming pool was also great.

Don’t expect luxury, but for the price everything exceeded expectations.

The pool and garden areas are nice. The breakfast was good, and had a nice variety. The laundry service was fast!

The hotel is very basic, with awful white lighting everywhere. The restaurant (dinner) menu is not suitable for vegetarians. Even when you ask them to leave out meat you gotta check your food carefully! Also, some of the service desk staff members were not friendly at all. Oh, and don't expect a reply to mail or WhatsApp, they won't.

Great pool with bar perfect for kids and adults. Playroom/playground for kids indoor and outdoor. The whole family had a blast. Would have stayed longer than 1 day.

I had an issue with the restaurant where it took to long to prepare my dinner when it came was not what I ordered then they had to redo and the meat was so raw and they tried fish instead … I asked not fried grilled and they came up with a fried fish … so 3 orders and none was what I ordered . But this day the waiter was very professional and tried to give me other options
