They charged for parking eventhough it was located at the hotel. It should be included unless it is located at a different place. Staff was not friendly.

The location was amazing. City centre! As the park closes at 5-6 pm, there is nothing else to do. Being at city centre gives you an opportunity to explore the bars and the authentic city vibes! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy!

Language!! The staffs were very kind but I think they need to also learn to speak in English or other languages than Portuguese.?

Nothing. Worst hotel ever !!!!!

One of the worst experiences ever. The hotel did not reply to the messages that I sent several times. The place is super noisy due to nearby bars. The room facilities were awful. Front desk people don't understand and speak English. The value is not worth staying in this place.

Breakfast was good and location is OK.

The location and price were ok. Wifi was working well and they offered a very good breakfast.

I had a problem booking the free transfer, during the check-in the price charged was different the price was supposed to be charged as per the booking confirmation. They offered a room for 3 people but clearly, it wasn't they just removed the desk and added another bed and it was impossible to stay in the room unless in the bed.

Very cramped and congested rooms.Even basic toiletries not provided.The sink was clogged and had to be cleaned.Check-in took ages. The girl appeared so confused and knew no English at all.Tours and transport offered are excessively overpriced.

You get what you pay for: A simple but conveniënt room. The rooms could use some renovation and touch-ups here and there. The beds were ok. We had two nights of good sleep. There is some music from a bar in the street but that ends before midnight. There are some good restaurants and bars in the area.

The rooms could really use some maintenance. The bathroom looks a bit old, and a lot of the woodwork is damaged.

The room wasn’t very clean but the worse part was that the towels were dirty. One had blood on it and the other one makeup, besides all the stains on them.

The location was amazing and the room relatively spacious for its price. It was very clean too.

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was filling and contained a wide variety of food.

COULD NOT SLEEP DUE TO THE NOISE. The hotel is located right next to a bar that plays loud live music until 3 am. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE SLEEP. We stayed from Thursday until Sunday and the lack of sleep hurt our once-in-a-lifetime trip.

Breakfast is ok

This is one of the worst hotel experiences. Do not stay. 1. At check-in when paying by card, there was clearly an option to select to pay in Brazilian Real or accept conversion to US dollars (with a very bad rate). The agent pressed the conversion button without my permission so I had to pay more. When I argued, he became aggressive and rude.2. They gave me a room for the disabled without permission, when I reserved a normal room. The bathroom in this disabled room is very uncomfortable and not for normal people and and I hate it. 3. The first room they gave me was not clean with water everywhere in the bathroom, and they assigned me a new room after some time of waiting. The new room is also a room for the disabled. And it's still not fully clean. There are dead bugs on the table, phone not plugged in, bath towel have blood on it, etc.4. The location is alright but it is very noisy and I couldn't sleep until the party outside is over at 3am or so. Not a good place to stay over the weekend. They should invest more on their windows to block noise.

The hotel is in a very good location and the rooms are comfortable.

My room was not cleaned for two days and I had to ask what was going on. Also, there was miscommunication with the reservation in that it showed the room did not come with breakfast. I addressed this upon chick in and the man at the front desk said, "OK, no problem. I will make note" yet apparently this never happened. I was charged for breakfast that I THOUGHT was included with the room. Had I been informed of this at any time in the 4 days of my stay, I would NOT have eaten breakfast, as I am not a big breakfast eater. The charge was ridiculous and over priced. To make matters worse the front desk help were awful and unaccomodating. There is complete lack of customer service!!

Everything meets expectations. Good service and location. The staff does a great job and helps with everything, thank you.

do not choose rooms whose windows overlook the gas station. There are music shows nearby, and if you don’t participate in them, you most likely won’t be able to sleep until the morning.
