Friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast very good. Booked based on booking.com reviews. Asked for a quiet room and we were given a room that faced the major street. Very, very, noisy all night long. Bring ear plugs. Rooms small and not well maintained. Find another spot.

Noisy rooms, no soundproofing, could hear other guests in hallway at all hours.

Pools was cold, jacuzzi were not hot just warm&dirty looking.Booking agent gave me a price cheaper if I paid at hotel but when I arrived the desk said no pay booking price. Breakfast has a lot of sweet cakes but I prefer more healthy options so I ate fruit

The location is great. The hotel has a tour office at the lobby, and that means that tours start and end at the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The breakfast is really good they offered several different options for drinks and food. The hotel also has swimming pool, jacuzzi, a d parking lot, cash machine (that makes the hotel a great option for families with kids). Friendly staff.

Not so luxury rooms, but it is just what you need to visit Iguazú.

The hotel is located near many restaurants, currency exchange, and other shops. They had a large breakfast selection including eggs, sausage, and waffles. At night, it was quite and peaceful!Uber was easily scheduled to visit National Park Foz do Iguaçu, Itaipu Dam, and Parque das Aves.

Very good location, safe and close to many restaurants, stores, and the city's bus terminal. Room is quite and clean, breakfast is good, staff is nice, and Wifi works fine.

The bathroom was old and had rust in the shower.

The facility was fine. However, the Internet was so intermittent. My room had significant hair in it that it was constantly picking up off of things. The keys to the room constantly needed to be re-keyed. Clearly they need a new system for keying their rooms.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Staff were helpful although we struggled to communicate at times due to our lack of Portuguese. Great value for money.

Our window looked out onto a wall. Swimming pools/jacuzzis could do with a clean.

The front desk staff was great. I believe Angela helped me with local information and tips to help my stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good.

The breakfast was wonderful... lots of fresh fruits! The receptionist, Anglea, was so helpful and friendly! The location is very central - near to restaurants, shops, and pharmacies!

I thought the location in Foz was excellent. A lot of restaurants around (really enjoyed Brasa Burger restaurant close by), surrounded by a stack of pharmacies (which sell drinks and snacks). The property was very clean. Breakfast was decent.If you need anything regarding tours and things to do, the girl on the desk in the lobby was excellent (she helped me out more than the staff of the hotel)

The reception staff were quite odd. Took a long time to process check ins, had 1 staff member do this for a queue of people whilst other 2 staff stood around. I asked where can I get a massage, response was nothing around here, I went and google searched and then used WhatsApp to book an appointment. I asked about laundry, told to go across street (says open to 11pm, but door was locked), could use intercom but couldn’t communicate well with individual on other end. Was told I need laundry powder to use and would need to get from supermarket 3-4km away. I went out walking and found a laundromat for cheaper and that provided washing powder (on Av. Juscelino Kubitschek). It just felt like the staff (and I talked to 3-4 different ones) just weren’t really interested in helping you or promoting their city. Was quite disappointing. Hotel is good otherwise.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant, but what really stood out was the excellent service from Anglea at the front desk. When our luggage was lost by the airline, she went out of her way to help us, trying to reach both the airline and the delivery service while also giving us useful tips.Despite the stressful situation, she made sure we felt well taken care of. A particularly nice gesture was the small birthday surprise she arranged through room service—it was a thoughtful touch that put a smile on our faces.Big thanks to Anglea for her kindness and great support during our stay!

Excellent location in the center of town. Great staff. Easy to book a tour at the travel agency inside the hotel. Close to several restaurants and pharmacies
