Location and not enough parking places. I had to Park my car on the Street.

It is a very conveniently located hotel, next to a main road linking the state capital to the countryside. Facilities are new and well kept. It is a modest hotel, but perfectly fitted for its purpose. I am a frequent client.

Depending on the time of arrival, mostly during weekends, there is only one person checking in and lines are being formed. Also, despite I frequently stay there, every time reception needs to fill my party's information again, and it takes a long time. Easy to solve.

The room was the best feature. Clean, well appointed, good size and with a good bathroom.

Check-in was tortuous. The staff took down details by longhand that we'd already submitted digitally (email and mobile). They then used these data - incorrectly transcribed - to sort out wifi which then, of course, did not work. Getting it to work was then a further tortuous procedure during which the staff changed multiple settings on my mobile (which I then had to reverse on leaving the hotel). The food in the restaurant and the self-service area was poor and very crowded.

Just the location

Everything else:1. We checked in close to 4pm, even the checkin time was 2pm. Yes, they didn't have the room we asked for (at the highest floor), even though they had PLENTY of rooms available on 5th floor and 5th floor. Some of my acquantancies stayed on these floor.2. The free internet was a HELL to get, through a very complicated process.....3. They called my room VERY LATE AT NIGHT,saying that they had schedule a DINNER in our room....WRONG NUMBER.4. Due to the dinner apparently scheduled to take place in OUR FLOOR or on TOP of us, the spent the ENTIRE afternoon dragging furniture all over the places, dropping stuff, etc. STAYING IN OUR ROOM WAS A HELL!!!!

Everything was clean and it was comfortable & spacious! Breakfast with a lot of choice and good quality.

The wifi was unstable, couldn’t connect all my devices. They could improve this system. Some things in the bathroom were broken like the hangers that could be fixed. Besides this, all great!

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the shower was great! We liked the restaurant and breakfast was good. Soap products very nice. Location right off the highway was great. Overall, a very nice stay and I would recommend.

During two separate stays I wasn't able to connect to the wifi. The staff entered my email incorrectly and ultimately, instead of resolving the situation, told me to sign in as a visitor, which timed out after 30 minutes and meant I had to sign in completely every 30 minutes. I wanted to get some work done so this was annoying. The parking garage situation was a bit awkward. The mini-fridge was very small and stuffed full of drinks for sale (seriously - about 15-20 items!) - we wanted to use the fridge for our own supplies so we had to remove everything. In the end, the mini-fridge didn't even cool that great and leaked water on the floor.

Excellent hotel, good wi-fi, secure covered parking, decent breakfast, quality of everything was very competitive. We had a good sleep during our trip. Location is very convenient as well when on the road.

I didn't bother with the breakfast but it looked like a decent buffet. The hotel was clean, quiet, secure and in a very convenient location for anyone passing through the area as it was very near the main road through the city.

There wasn't anything I would describe as a negative, it was a perfectly acceptable stay.

Feeling very frustrated, I tried to ask if I could do an early check in around 10:42am and the clerk asked me to pay half an extra night for that or wait until 2:00 to get in even though I have a confirmed reservation, any respectable hotel He does not treat his guests this way, so I will not return to this hotel, no matter how good its services are

Excellent Location, right next to Rodovia BR-277. Very Good breakfast, all the options, excellent Food.The property is new, very well-maintained, and very Clean. Personal was helpful at all times.Secure Parking it's a plus definitely.

someone walked into the room without knocking as I was sleeping. when I told reception staff about it during check out, she said ‘ok’

bed cover was still humid, bed was a bit noisy and tween bedroom had small beds rather than queen beds

everything! the location is perfect if you are on the way to somewhere, is next to the BR 277. the staff was great, they have a buffet for dinner and the food was delicious. the room very clean, the AC worked well. and what I liked the most…breakfast. fruits bread cheese bread, yogur granola and there was a space for gluten free products. the staff is great! they are always willing to help you

I liked everything. well located for business trips on the go not having to cross the center of the city. hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. breakfast is perfect. free parking and room is comfortable.
