Melia Vinpearl Hai Phong Rivera

Just ok, nothing is special

The room is smaller than advertised. There were many cheap things , not as luxury as 5*

The staff was super nice and helpful

Sometimes my room wasn’t clean, with change of sheets

Nice and clean. Professional staff

The loud public speaker in the morning from outside

very good

the front desk lady who refused to help me to exchange the currency at 5:00PM just because I was already checked out at noon time even I had stayed at the hotel for 2 days already.

The pool was nice

The restaurant Rumba. Food was bad and service needs to be trained up for a 5 star hotel.

The Hotel is beautiful, exceeded our expectation. Our room had all the comforts. Most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Best breakfast buffet with so much to choose from. The restaurant is top of the line with great food choices. The staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel. We are going to miss our stay at Melia Vin Pearl hotel.

We Loved Everything

Wonderful staffReally good breakfast!

Pomace oil as display in breakfast should not be a choice.

The hotel meets all requirements - cleanliness, spread of breakfast menu

More water bottles in rooms.

We had a great stay in one of their suites. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Super comfortable room. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Clean, posh, nice, but feels like a ghost palace :)

Super empty and feels grange, we were only people to dine at the restaurant that was huge. But the breakfast was aaaaaaamazing and super full of Germans, guessing some kind of conference. Spa is small but nice bonuses for free. Would be nice if one of the pools would be heated.

Spacious, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Very good spa and exercise facilities. Fantastic breakfast choices.

Excellent hotel for the price. Booked three rooms and it was surprisingly cheap. Good breakfast and there was a kids play area that they liked. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Pool was freezing

Very good Hotel,- very good breakfast,- very supportive and professional staff,- especially Mrs Linh and Mr Cody.

Great location and very peaceful atmosphere. Awesome bar and staff overlooking the pool great design and detail. Very aesthetically pleasing.

I liked everything.

Great infrastructure, excellent breakfast, lovely personnel

Nice staff

It’s too noisy to get a comfortable nights sleep, too close to main road….bar in hotel close at 10pm even on weekend nights. It was a struggle to open bedroom door, needs a little tlc?

Beautiful and clean property. Pool was a standout for our young family. The adults also appreciated the gym and sauna/steam area. Food was always fresh and tasty.

We had some minor problems with our pool side bills. We were a large group and the room numbers were not documented properly at time of orders so the bill became hard to split.

Cleanliness and great breakfast

Running out of vodka on the 1st night - maybe a language issue but a 2nd staff member rectified the issue

lovely dinner in restaurant. friendly helpful staff.

so noisy. our room was next to a major highway intersection and trucks honking all night. also couldn't use pool because of a wedding function.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice

The bar staff were very poor, very slow, more concerned about cleaning the last batch of glasses than serving customers, the cocktails were some of the worst Ive ever had and the prices were fairly steep. It cost me over $50 to do a small bag of laundry, absolutely over the top prices, just obscene! The pool table was not flat, almost not worth even being there, balls just rolled away from the holes. For the price of staying there, it was not great, despite the best efforts of the staff.
