Helpful staff. Reasonable English. Would have liked a room with a balcony for the most luxurious experience. Otherwise. Really fabulous. Location was a bit away from the main areas but that's personal preference.

The location is very convenient and easy to get around.The room is clean comfortable and well maintained.The price is very reasonable for the quality of the stay.The service from the staff is excellent.I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay.

The breakfast could have a bit more variety

The staff were exceptional. From allowing us to drink our own wine in the bar to recommending a really great seafood restaurant down the street. The property was spotlessly clean and it has a lovely courtyard where we had breakfast.

Because it’s an older hotel some areas could do with a bit of an update

We loved having the opportunity to sleep in a building that was 100 years old. Really stunning design. Room was spacious. Everything worked well. Breakfast was more than amazing. Help from the reception staff was off the charts. They really saved our bacon on booking some ferry tickets out of Phu Quoc. They did a great job. All the service was incredible. We booked a very worthwhile cruise in Halong Bay too. They got us on the tour at the very last minute. Much appreciated.

Nothing not to like about the hotel itself. But it was a little bit hard to find places to eat outside the hotel.

This is a stylish and beautiful hotel with kind staff, large rooms and extensive breakfast options. Location is central and safe—highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful. When you arrive you are greeted with welcome drinks (fresh spiced juice in a champagne glass) and spiced dried fruits. The rooms are very nice and the bathroom looks very new and modern. Around the corner in an authentic Vietnamese restaurant, Nam Giao, that is a must if you are staying in this area.

+ Staff were very friendly and helpful.+ Breakfast was very good, delicious coffee!+ Room was comfortable.+ Bar/lounger area was very nice.+ The staff offered a takeaway breakfast when they realised that we had to check out very early on our last day. We didn't take up the offer but it was very much appreciated.- The appearance of the hotel from the outside could be improved.- Sometimes the breakfast items, particularly fruits, were not refilled very well.

The pool! The breakfast ! All the staff were so nice and attendant.

Clean, comfortable room. Staff super helpful. Good breakfast. We only stayed one night but it had everything we needed.

The service and staff were great. Especially thanks to Mr. Dinh Duy Long who was very helpful with explaining things and helping to book tickets.The hotel is in great location, it’s comfortable and it has a lovely cafe and restaurant. :)

Nothing particular

Love the old-fashioned 300-year-old manner that is still 90% original… The staff was nothing less than spectacular and a big shout out to Luong who did everything he could to ensure our stay was outstanding and even gave us a free upgrade to a beautiful suite, and Hieu for taking his time out of his day both days we were there to ensure our trip was going extremely well explaining everything to us showing us around of places to go making sure we were looked after the hotel and always checking to make sure we were happy with our food or accommodations or anything we needed and Van Anh she was so polite and raced around to help with what ever we neededThe hotel was very well kept the rooms were extremely clean. Everything you needed. It was there and if we were required anything they drop what they were doing and make sure that we had whatever we needed… The food was outstanding. The breakfast was very, very good that was free and included one of the best we’ve had on the whole trip . I highly recommend this place very close to 15 minutes from the airport lots of action and things to see and do around the area… Thank you all very much for making our stay so pleasant. It was a pleasure meeting all of you… One last shout out and it’s my bad because I forgot what his name was the fellow that worked in the bar he went to school And was very good. We were very helpful. We always had our drinks cold or whatever we needed just to make everybody happy… Doesn’t get much better than that. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bright and basic room. Clean. Heigh ceilings. Spacious. Lobby is wonderful. Swimming Pool is good to relax. Staff is very kind and I liked the Welcome Drink in the Lobby.

The staff took about 10 minutes to check my room at the check-out.
