Hotel Nikko Hai Phong

I spent 3 nights to stay at this hotel and I made a right decision to book this hotel. I felt comfortable staying here not just because of the room decoration (Japanese style) elegant which made me feel relaxed after long day for business trip. The breakfast is pretty good. The hotel is quite near from the airport.

They could have improved guest service better if they focus to care the guest during the check-in such as welcome drink, more detailed room service (how to access wifi, swimming pool and other services) rather than let the guest explore by their self.

super confortable, clean, requested extra pillows and they provided me with the best ones, always a great place to stay

Nice and comfort bed room. Excellent cleaning, quiet circumstance. A good hotel to take a rest.

Room fee is a little bit too high that push me to think about other choices in my pocket.

Breakfast was really good.

No where up to Nikko standard. Only one elevator is working during our stay. The room is small and the carpet is not clean. Nikko is a Japanese brand in Vietnam yet everywhere is Chinese sign which is really confusing.

Excellent luxury hotel. The deluxe twin room was spacious and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the pool. The beds were soft and comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessities and was very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a pleasant time at Nikko Hotel Hai Phong and would definitely come here again.

The location is a bit far from the city centre but is close to Aeon Mall.

Pillow menu was a great bonus

made a few bookings for the services but when I arrived they were not the same as what was reserved

- Clean and relatively large rooms- Friendly and very efficient staff- Large and comfortable bath and shower- Onsen available- Close car ride to Aeon mall and other locations- Onsen available - very relaxing

- Breakfast was unremarkable- Swimming pool is large but too shallow (1.2m entire length)- Bar and bar lounge was unremarkable

A well-known hotel brand, I have stayed in this hotel many times, and it has always been an enjoyable stay. The staff are always friendly. Location is a few kilometres from the airport, and there are places to eat and have a drink nearby. Aeon supermarket is just 1 kilometre from the hotel and also has a large selection of restaurants and eateries and plenty of shops.

Facilities are new and fresh

The hotel is not 5 star. Is a good 4 star. Breakfast is not oriented to Europeans.

The facility is good, clean and super nice. I like the design and my room was so cozy, make me feel so comfortable when i stayed there. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I will stay at Nikko whenever i go back to Haiphong.

The room is very clean, staffs are welcome and helpful. The hotel has good Japanese vibes.

There is not enough parking lots. There is no roof in parking area.

Modern. Design. Staff. WiFi. Breakfast. Not in city center but it was not important to us. Close to airport and a mall nice center.

Excellent service - the staff were extremely proactive and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and the interior is fresh and well-designed.

A tiny thing - the main doors are big heavy glass doors that do not open automatically and are not staffed at all times, so, when you have your hands full with children and shopping bags, trying to open the main doors yourself is a little difficult.

Everything. I didn't have breakfast there, but the rest was great! it's a bit quiet to my liking, maybe due to its location in a more quiet part of the city, but those who're in for a relaxing retreat will definitely enjoy it

Besides the wonderful hotel, the Nikko team was super friendly and absolutely helpful with everything I needed. The Nikko will be always my first choice to stay in Hai Phong.

Hotel Nikki is clean and quiet with beautiful rooms. The fitness facility is well stocked, has early hours, and is not busy.

The first floor restaurant food for dinner was just adequate, not “wow” like I would have expected.

staff are polite and do try to help.

gym while it covers the basics, is not a highlight. the lobby bar cannot offer all options in the menu. there is a strange policy requiring “deposit” for hotel expenses, while they could easily get a credit card guarantee. inconvenient.

This Hotel is excellent, good price , and the facilities are wonderful. The pool is awsome, The rooms are big and super comfortable. Breakfast has everything I need, and more... really complete. And the people were super friendly.

As I was only 1 night, cannot check the location well. But seems to be in a very fancy place.
