Sheraton Hai Phong

Amazing hotel, great business lounge and such lovely and cooperative staff in business lounge at front seat reception always willing to help. Great guy !

Nothing I can remember, the hotel will do everything to make your stay pleasurable

Room is spacious, clean and located next to a shopping center. Steam room, jacuzzi, heated Olympic size swimming pool were free for staying guests to use which we did and loved. Staff is friendly, courteous, always willing to help. We will recommend Sheraton Hai Phong to our friends and family traveling to Vietnam.

The waiter manager on 4th floor did make a lemonade for me while it was not in the menu for the breakfats buffet, which made my hangover morning a lot. The receptionist was nice, I was offered an upgrade which helped me to have a kinda panaroma view, which also made our quick trip to Hai Phong relaxing and high standard. I enjoyed Sheraton a lot and certainly I will come bakc

The staff are generally kind and helpful, room is clean and services variety is good. I also did feel personal touch in the experience. The bed is super comfy

There was hand stains on panorama window and few drops of jam on the floor by the window, but that is easily fixed and not affect much my stay.

The depositing extra money for security which were not mentioned online, but they require each passenger must pay.

No tv watch , frond door at lobby no one service , opens door, help customers arrived, bored design lobby feels unwelcome

This hotel is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offered us complimentary laundry, free dinner buffet which was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel ??

Receptionists are very helpful and friendly

I had a signature cocktail drink in the hotel lobby, but the cocktail maker changed the recipe from sparkling water to Pepsi without asking or informing me. When I took a sip, I found the drink to be extremely sweet. Upon asking, the maker informed me that she used soft drink instead of sparkling water. Since I don't drink soft drinks, this caused my blood sugar to spike, and I felt sick for a while afterwards.

There is no toilet paper provided in the sleeping area?

The breakfast price is much different from the price published on the booking website. The hotel requires them to use the published information as the standard, which makes people feel cheated.There is residual yellow glue on the floor and walls of the toilet, it feels like urine dripping down

Morning peak-hour for checkout, enquiry seemed lack of staff. Probably on that particular day...Laundry: my pant was stained, but they did not clean it. They just stated it was stained?

The room was great, big, clean and a really good bed! The staff was more than great, the food was amazing. They even gif us a free late check out. Everything was beyond perfect.

Its quiet and safe to stay . Hotel location is good . Very near to walk to Vinhome Haiphong for food and drinks.

My stay did not include breakfast . Next door Vincom mall was deserted and no restuarant food was available except Jollie Bee.... haha

A modern and conveniently located hotel in Hai Phong, only 5-min drive from the city center. The room was clean, well facilitated with everything we needed. The indoor pool was a bit small but clean and not very crowded on the weekend. Staff were friendly, helping me with the early check-in.

It would have been nice to have someone at the hotel entrance to tell us where to park our car when we first arrived. I had to get in the hotel and asked a receptionist.
