- THEY CHARGED ME MORE! When I checked in, they used a different exchange rate than the one they used to set their prices on booking.com and ended up charging me 35% more and I informed about this and they didnt want to reimburse the difference

Excellent stay. The hotel is very central to Mandalay Palace and the Capital Mall (good food). The staff were super helpful. The room was big, the water was very hot (like I like it), and the bed was really comfortable. I liked that I could cast my phone to the TV too.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent service on front desk and during breakfast. The cleaners always made the room spotlessly clean.
There were very few restaurants within walking distance and because there is a train line that divides 79 street and 78 Street the shops and eateries are not within walking distance. Be prepared to use Grab taxi or tuk tuk if you stay here.
