VERY UNRELIABLE HOTEL SINCE THEY DID NOT HONOR THE ROOMS BOOKED ON BOOKING.COM .. TOO RISKY TO BOOK ROOMS AT THIS HOTEL SPECIALLY FOR AIRLINE CREW. WE BOOKED ROOMS TWICE ATT HIS HOTEL AND AT BOTH TIMES THEY DENIED HAVING ROOMS

THE HOTEL HAS NO CONTROL OF THEIR OWN INVENTORY

I especially liked the individual way the staff look after their customers. Very attentive, polite and friendly. They gave me a 50% discount on pick-up, and even waited at the airport for 2 hours after the plane landed. The hotel is close to the airport, about 10/15 minutes away by car. The wonderful staff made my stay memorable.

I experienced an engaging atmosphere, a fairly priced hotel and good meals. I really liked it when the guy from the restaurant, Jorge, suggested a local dish to me, they call it funge com calulú. I'd like to thank Jorge from the restaurant and Juzélia from the front desk for finding me the Angolan national flag.Until next time, guys!

The staff were very polite and helpful. The buffet meals were great.

The internet worked very intermittently- I had to jump across 4 different connections at times to dispatch time-sensitive messages to family and colleagues. On one night, the hotel was completely out of beer - strange given this should be monitored and stocked.

No hot water for showering.Limited breakfast.Evening buffet food runs out fast and not replaced quickly.Cleaning is done in the afternoon but cleaning product put in the bathroom in the morning.Evening buffet, I paid by cash but they rarely gave change back (around 300 kwanza).Price quoted on booking.com less than what I paid due to exchange rate presumably.Room was over 200 USD per night, too much.

Very good situated Town Hotel. Friendly personel from reception to driver, very helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Nice balcony with good view over the inner City of Luanda. Rooftop terrace and gym to relax.

it is very well located for my work purposes and there are some shops around to buy some food. the room is comfortable with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. coffee machine is available and the kitchen has a nice stove and oven. buffet diner (with fish, meat and chicken) is available at a reasonable price. Wifi is widely available throughout the hotel.

you do have to ask for water and coffee, otherwise they might forget. but as soon as you ask it, they immediately provide extra.The finishing touches of the room aren't great, and it could be a bit cleaner. But my colleagues didn't seem to have that problem.Dinner is a reasonable price and there is a lot of options, but the fries are always cold.

My pillow had holes in and the inside coming out. The duvet inner had no cover. The room had a strong smell of mould.

Location near Standard Bank ATM and Couple of grocery stores around. Breakfast was exceptional.

The buffet. Small portions were prepared and should you go bit late not enough food left.

Problem with check-in. There were no rooms ready despite we arrived early morning next day after check-in date.

Hotel is great value for money in comparison with other hotels or apartments in Luanda

Service was excellent. Very nice and helpfull staff. Very professional. You felt very well treated. Quiet rooms. Clean apartaments.

There are not common spaces, which is OK as It is an aparthotel and not a hotel.

Close to various restaurants, Shops and banks. Views are excellent especially at night.The room was great with a fully functional kitchen.

The restaurant only offered a buffet option. Was not informed about the Gym and patio on the roof.

Breakfast is ok and sufficient. Did not have any other meals there.

Though, I requested an airport pick-up, the driver never arrived. The hotel staff indicated that I never shared the flight details which is correct. But, they never requested the exact time for pick-up but only offered a 1 hour slot to select (to the rescue came my colleague for pick and drop-off). Once I arrived they demanded payment in advance which I found strange, However, we attempted to swipe my CC and ended up doing it 3 times on two different machines but still not authorised. Two days later we tried again with no luck. In between the two attempts I used my CC to pay for dinner which had no issues with payment. The hotel insisted on cash payment which as a rule, I do not carry foreign currency when traveling unless it is required prior to traveling. The hotel did not specify and thus no cash on hand to pay. Somehow, we managed to secure payment through a local colleague which resolved the issue.
