THE CLEANING STAFF EXCELLENT
THE FEMALE STAFF IN THE MORNING (from the cafeteria) needed to smile more, be more cordial. They do not have the concept that serving is not just placing what is requested on the table but also making the customer feel good by showing kindness and respect all the time.
