- The room was not a 4 star hotel room. Breakfast was average, the music a bit too loud for early morning. Services and guests use the same elevators so you had to way or go up and down until you get to your floor.
- In the standard room, city view the shower is over the bath, badly positioned hand grip, no anti slip in the bath making it difficult and dangerous. We returned to the hotel again and had a superior room, overlooking park which had a shower cubicle.
- We checked in too late and could not fully enjoy all the hotel has to offer.

The room was nice for not that much more than a basic booking. The location, on the park, was awesome. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. The pool was great!
Small disagreement about the booking cost, on arrival, resolved happily. Also the gym could do with maintenance.

Vivian, Soledad and the gentleman from Venezuela were 5 star employees at reception. The bartender as well. Great guy. The food was good at dinner. Good people trying their hardest with a worn out hotel.
No cold water in the shower. Shower operation was very difficult. Soap dispenser fell off wall. The room was well worn out. Air conditioning was ineffective.
