Good location, quiet rooms in the back

Old rooms, AC very badly positioned on top of the beds

The room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Having parking was a good perk.

The breakfast however could have had real orange juice being a four star hotel. The swimming pool was under maintenance the day we were there so we couldn't use it.Above all the room was very noisy since the street the Hotel overlooks is very busy even during the night and insulation is poor. Finally the toiletries were impossible to open and not climate friendly which strikes us from a four star hotel.

Some of the fixtures/items were a bit worn. Not really hot water in the shower in the morning (the one day we stayed there)

The location was convenient. Leo, the front desk clerk, was helpful with restaurant recommendations and other questions

We had an extra bed in our room which made the room crowded.

Everything worked well, appreciated air conditioning on such a hot day. Good breakfast kept stocked. Friendly staff. Great location. Excellent value.

Great location in the middle of town, not far from main square, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast. Bloke on reception friendly and helpful.

Considering how much we paid in certain overpriced hotels on our travels this was by far the best value for money. Located very centrally but not in a noisy area this is a comfortable place with great beds.Breakfast was good as well and the whole hotel is well run. There was no fuss with the booking, other places started demanding an early check-in time, this was all without any hassle.

The bathrooms could do with some renovation they are starting to look a bit tired.

it was close to the omnibus terminalthe swimming pool was stunningthere was a spa inside of the hotel and i took a massage during my stay. it was great the staff speak english really well

my first room smelled really bad and was too noisy. I heard really well the noise from the city even if i had earplug.the second night, staff took care of this situation and i had a suite room

Modern hotel in central location of Tucuman, walking distance to Independence Square with lots of activity at night. Walking distance to large Carrefour supermarket for snacks. Limited free parking in a small garage. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast good enough to start the day - coffee, tea, pastries, scrambled eggs, meats, cheese, fruit salad. Stayed for MotoGP race weekend in Termas de Rio Hondo, about an hour and a half drive away.

Personnel at the reception desk were very helpful and cooperative, always. The car parking place is located in the same building, in the basement, which is very convenient if your travel with a car. Very good infrastructure, as well as a very good breakfast. The location is also superb!Check-out time was at 10:00 hours; however, we were allowed to have 40 additional minutes (about).

Room cleaning could have been a bit better. The smell in the room was not from a completely neat room. The exit from the garage has some difficulty.
