Margate Hotel

Really enjoyed the overall accommodation experience and service from staff who are very friendly, responsive and efficient, although the surrounding Margate CBD area appears to have degraded over time, the hotel has maintained a great level of service and operational effectiveness within the area, I would gladly recommend you take a look for yourself.

They can improve on cleanliness especially for customers who stayore than once,we left rooms morning for staff clean when we came l check bedding,l wasnt impressed.

The location & the eating area sea view

We couldn't sleep properly because of the noise of foot steps. It was as if they're dancing on the floor above us. The thing was really annoying. They honestly need to sort that out because it's difficult to sleep peacefully

Our CEO checked out the same day still. The music inside was very loud, most room's doors were open with every second room having its own little party inside. The hallways were wet and full of sand from the beach. The hotel declined really bad in the last few years ago.

The Hotel still needs to do something about the noise, the place is always noisy, and very much unbearable..Breakfast, there wasn't much variety...

The noise was too much, especially at night

This place is very nice. There is a restaurant on the property. Room service is available. Parking is available. Wheelchair friendly. Walking distance from the beach close to al the shops.

No microwave in rooms

I like the friendly staff and the view of these HOTEL is TOP NOTCH.

Plugs are not working and TV doesn't working and Shower doesn't.

I got lost from parking to the hotel rooms

Everything was great and comfortable, the only problem was only wifi, the signal was too low inside the room but working properly at The Galleon

I didn't like the fact that there's no room service for breakfast, we chose to go out, instead of waking up in morning for buffet breakfast

A very beautiful place, got a very big room, ocean view and the restaurant serves great food , the breakfast is amazing , staff always there to assist and very friendly

Location of the hotel is perfect. Staff was welcoming and communicating perfectly.

Margate hotel has changed, not as like before ,their furniture is not nice, they use cheap toilet paper , also there is no wider choice of flavours in their break fast, there was a lot of noise at night

Breakfast was great I enjoyed it, well locations was also good ,it’s central safe and beach is close. Close places to have fun.

Well combining single beds I didn’t like it especially if you’re sleeping with your partner, the beds were separating not bringing comfort at night.

Location was good. Breakfast was excluded on my booking.

Noise coming from the passage and tv channels were not clear, I could not watch TV due to that

The room was fine and the service at reception was good. Our room was upgraded free of charge

There was a lot noise, people singing in corridors and loud speaking that could be heard in other rooms. Shouting from adjacent building affecting our sea facing room
