Location

Run down. Constant water and electricity problems. False advertising there is no spa, no restaurant, no swimming pool and staff is rude. When asked about facilities advertised the staff admitted they lied on the advert on bookings.com. Property falling apart. No management or ownership on site. Poor value for money. Would not recommend. Should not be on Bookings.com at all

Bad. Wouldn’t recommend. Bad service. Poor quality, dirty. Place not ready to house tenants.

The place was dirty. It didn’t look decent. Even lost interest in exploring the area. The place is being renovated

Not impressed

The place is too noisy. The other tenants made our stay very bad. The kitchen was dirty and the breakfast was not good at all.

It was clean and peaceful and the staff was very nice

The place was good, and the staff were very helpful in organizing transport form going to the dealership.

The only challenge I had was loud noise or some sort of party until 1am...I really needed a quate night since I was traveling 9 hours.

Rooms neat ,Staff so friendly,walking distance to the Beach,Free Wi-Fi

TV Channels from our Room were flickering ,only Channel 161-Mzantsi Magic which was clear

Affordable considering that the room had everything you would expect from a hotel room. Was received by a friendly lady at reception.

Hot water

Battle to find place as they closed the gate shown on Google. Toilet seat broken. No towels in room. After getting towels they had holes in. Curtain rail broken. Plugs of aircon broken. No change of towels. Bedside lamp had no plug. No mirror above basin. Linnen torn. General lack of house keeping, upkeep and maintenance.

It was clean very spacious location was the best peaceful

Their address didn't correspond with GPS we got lost 3 times even after reception lady sent us a live location it took us way off.and please keep safety mats for shower to step on and towel rails to hang on maybe a mop if water is spilled .other than that I was very very happy I even extended my stay with 1 day more

Walking on foot from fnb side to the main gate.since they got an entry on the other side . should be open

Good location.

Rooms were stuffy. Pillows had no pillow cases on one of the rooms. And the wall was dirty as if something splashed on it. Lamps don't work and greasy and dirty and worn out. Stairs to your room very inconvenient.

After cutting my head open on the window I spent most the day in A,E and the owner said it was my own fault all windows corners are sharp

Their rooms are beautiful and clean,amazing bed I enjoyed it,a lady who helped us for checking in was very nice to us,she had a warm welcome,good service as well as the chef at the buffet ,nice one

Their TV didn't have SABC 1 so we couldn't watch soccer ???,The lady assisting at the reception surtaday was not friendly at all
