Room, view, spa and staff were incredible

Not halaal-friendly. Meals could not be prepared without wine. Limited veg options in lieu. Kingklip was fantastic.

The 2 bed villa we booked had great sea views, the staff was always available to provide assistance

Room and Dinner

I had to pay for breakfast. Secondly I was provided with one gown and when living they said they provided 2 which was a lie and I felt undermined because it was just me and my daughter.

Exceeded our expectation.

We were informed that we ordered and billed in our room yet we had not placed any order. We informed them that we brought our supper. I’m still puzzled how can another guests order pizza and chips and billed in our room? Where exactly they sent food to?

The view and the suite were amazing

This place is absolutely amazing and its worth noting that the two bedroom unit's pictures certainly do not do it justice - spacious, beautifully furnished with fantastic ocean views and multiple pools!! However, the kitchen could use with some additions like bowls, an additional pot (to make it two) and atleast one cutting knife. The restaurant was also wonderful, with fantastic views and delicious food. Although, the lunch and dinner menus are the same. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The pillowcases in our room were stained and big ants were crawling on the bed

The environment was so tranquil and serene , the staffs are so friendly and their food was mouth watering

Room & bathroom somewhat delepadated or run down.Mouldy shower, loose bath casing. Water runs out the bathroom when showering. Brought to cleaners attention.Could pay better attention to prepping room, drinking glasses, comp water.

power went off one night. seemed to take a few hours for it to come back on. thankfully it was not too warm.

The view was amazing. The room was quite clean and smelt good. The room was big and comfortable. The patio overlooking the beach was lovely. Checking in and checking out was easy and painless....

This was my 3rd stay at the hotel. The 1st time the TV was not working. We contacted the reception via cellphone because the room line waa not working either They sent someone down but they couldn't help. So we didn't have a TV for our stay.This time there was a power outage in the area. Again the room line didn't work so i had to to call reception using my cellphone. The person who answered didn't even know there was a power outage in the area. They asked me what was wrong in the room. They said they would check with the manager and get back to me. I made the call at 8:27pm. They only Calle dme back at 8:42pm after me trying them about 5 times to say that there's a power outages and someone will be attending to the fault in the area. I enquired on whether there's a generator. They said no. I wasn't even offered a rechargeable light. We were basically left in the dark until it came back on after 12 in the night.The next day I left for breakfast at around 9am and got back around 3pm only to find that our room hadn't been cleaned eventhough we put a sign on the door that said make up room. Someone came in emptied the bin and left the dirt next to the bin and never cleaned.I had to contact reception, and then they sent someone to clean. We had to wait outside on the patio while the room was being cleaned.As a 5 star hotel I think that maybe a rechargeable light could be put in the rooms in the event of a power outage since theres no generator. Leaving the guests in the dark is not acceptable. Also there should be some care taken on cleaning the rooms. Guests shouldn't have to leave for hours and come back to a room that was not cleaned.The water from the shower is leaking into the passage.The aircon was making a rattling noise and not cooling well.While the staff was friendly and the view amazing the place needs some urgent upkeep to remain a 5 star hotel.

We had a two-bedroom apartment that was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean although a bit far. It was raining during our stay so we couldn't enjoy most of the facilities.

Hot water ran out quickly, we had the power outage on our second night and only the lights were working except for the main bedroom and there was no power at all to the plugs. The apartment didn't have the pots and pans, so we couldn't make our own breakfast. When we enquired, we were informed that we could request for these if we needed them, and I personally find that to be a bit of an inconvenience.

Room was wonderful staff great… very accommodating.

Loved the suite, the pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful scenery as well.

Not able to connect to Netflix, laundry staff was rude over the phone.The bed was comfortable but the wooden frame along the bottom edge was a bit of an annoyance when getting on or off the bed, hurt my leg a couple of times.

The are plenty swimming pools and rooms are big and comfortable

Cost of drinks was a bit overpriced, especially because liquor stores are so close by.

The entire property was clean with pristine pools and great views of the ocean. Everything was within a reasonable distance. Super beautiful, super convenient and super helpful staff. They were able to assist with issues with the room and moved us to another one with ease. The staff also recommended great places to visit. The food there is also AMAZING ??????

There is so much to love but their food and beverage prices are quite high. Despite that, their food is absolutely delicious.
