- The room is like a broom`s closet. Old, out dated probably from 1994. The showering unit is expected in a F1 hotel, not a Marriot Protea hotel.
- The property sold me an extra room and then resold it to another guest. When I asked to move into the room, the owner brought police and raised a complaint against me.Travellers be aware and carefull

On honeymoon, really enjoyed the stay.Check in process was smooth.Staff very friendly.Room neat and cleanLocation great, walking distance to restaurants etc.Will book at Marriot Knysna Quays again in future.
Just the location rest very poor facilities in the room
Bathrooms not fully equipped. Water clogged in the wash basin every time we open the tap. No toiletries at all. Inspite of complaining to them not resolved. Very limited things in breakfast. Very few fruits. Over all no value for the money paid. Bad experience

Lack of entertainment, breakfast need more variety of food. After a few days , the breakfast menu become routine and you dont feel like eating.

Everything went well, Staff were friendly and efficient, Room with a view was great. Breakfast offering was superb. Hotel well positioned. And the personalise card with champagne and chocolates from GM Cecilia McKay topped it all. Alround wonderful experience for my wife and I celebrating our 40th anniversary.
The room were a bit small for a family of three adults. Me and my twin daughters of 24 years.
