Sonali considered request to stay after check out time.

Bathroom doesn't have option to keep tissue papers. Towels were stinking and need to be changed.Room make up not done. When asked answer was not satisfactory. In same amount or rather less I had better options but I chose this thinking it's MTDC and it was close to my work area.

The hotel's location was outstanding – right in the midst of all the action! What's truly impressive is that it's always alive and buzzing. The dining experience is exquisite, rooms are meticulously kept, and the staff is top-notch.

hotel location was good for business men because all market and staion are near to this hotel. room was very fine and comfortable. but there are one problem that is room service and food both are very poor quality. so overall my experience in term of money was good....

The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room, from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities, was truly impressive.

Location is convenient if want to stay at Nagpur city and close to Nagpur/Hyderabad highway. I stayed here as it was close to Tata Service Center.

Staff were not helpful and takes ages to serve b’fast or snacks. Parking is in front of hotel in open. Staff denied to extend couple of hours for check out (rooms were vacant)

The staff is very bad. not function on time. Once we ordered a bottle of water at the restaurant we have to wait half an hour.The reception staff were very helpful.Try contact ower but not answer to the call.

Very near location to airport. The room is decent including the bathroom. The checkin process was quite fast. No hassles otherwise. The food was not tasted.

The AC was not cleaned for a long time. When i put on the AC huge dust was thrown on the bed. Structurally the toilet is not right. The whole bath is wet when we take bath.

In complementary breakfast, they initially provided just a plate of Poha, accompanied by nothing. Then after asking they provided bread omlet and Tea.
