Staff is not so cooperative and very limited staff very poorly managed need to increase staff and plan in advance for breakfast depending upon number of guests otherwise remove the brekfast altogether if not able to manage

Very disappointing stay

Smelly rooms, not clean bathrooms, no tiolet items, very poor breakfast

Only plus point was the closeness to airport Which is why we booked it

Nothing was there to like, staff and owner was rude and didn't provide good services

But i am unhappy with the service of the staff because they promised us that they will provide girls for us but instead of girl we slept with cockroaches and mosquitoes.

The Room & toilet are neat & clean. The location of the property is good. I had a great experience with the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. hotel comfortable and reasonable. There were no significant problems.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.

Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Never ever Stay here and surprised booking.com recommended stays at such places

Everything Dirty No service No support No hot water No food Stinking rooms Leaking water from AC flooding the whole room Very noisy AC Checked out early Breakfast was being served in a room with horrible smell and they were using room fresher. Had to have breakfast outside though we had paid for the breakfast

Good hotel, courteous staff, close proximity to the airport. Did not face any problems at the hotel. Service was prompt. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Overall a very good experience.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The hotel also had a lovely rooftop area where I could relax and enjoy the city view. I was impressed with the level of service and attention to detail at Treebo Trend Seven Suites, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

The most hopless hotel i ever seen. All photos shown are fake. No cleanliness. Basic requirements are able to maintain how they call them as hotel. They should be named as HOSTEL.

No lift and room assigned on thrid floor for senior citizen. Even after communication they lied us No ACNo glassNo waterNo team in morning and person said milk nahi sir.Later tea delivered in paper cupNo mug to take bath in hotel bathroom. No towel no tissueNo napkinsNoone available in canteen area to serveYou will never find anyone sitting in entrance to ask help.By seeing above do you really see its hotel.Booking.com people should remove this hotel from their contract.I will never suggest anyone this hotel.
