Too costly compare to amenities and other hotel , parking issue and staff also neutral not so welcoming .

Old amenities and hotels , no parking space , cost is too higher than other hotels .

Went to India v England cricket match and this was a great location for the stadium with good travel. Staff were good in helping out and staff at breakfast provided good service. Excellent craft beer place next door....

I checked in on February 5th for a two-night stay. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations due to several issues:1.The receptionist did not properly inform me that breakfast was included with my booking.2.On February 6th, when I returned from an outing, I discovered that the key to my room was not working.3.I reported the issue to the front desk, and a staff member arrived with a master key. However, upon opening the door, he found another guest in the room. Additionally, my luggage was left open, and some of my belongings were missing.4.Later, another receptionist informed me that my originally assigned room (302) had been given to another guest, and I was offered a different room instead. After about half an hour, I was reassigned to room 301, and my luggage was returned to me.This experience has been very disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expect from a reputable hotel. I hope that these issues will be addressed to improve service for future guests.

Staff was courteous and responsive to asks. They were sufficiently staffed for managing an almost-full hotel too. Breakfast spread options were okay.

Location is terrible. There huge noise from traffic on road that doesn't let you sleep. On top of that there's noise from metro. And if you thing you'll get a room far from road, there's train tracks on the back. There is no room on the property where you can get a calm restful night sleep. Absolutely avoid this hotel if you want to sleep at night.

The toilets dint have toilet accessories like dental kit , soaps and body wash. That needs to be taken care of

Worst stay ever

Room was dirty. TV was not working. Staff didn’t respond. The worst stay experience

Prompt and helping nature of the staff was the highlight of my stay. The property is undergoing renovation, so hopefully when completed, the experience may be better.

The WiFi facility could be upgraded to have a more seamless experience. The Hot Water heater in the washroom requires draining out cold line water, which I feel management should look into to the possibility to improvise as water is precious.

Breakfast was good.small but clean property on the main road.Location was also good. Close to airport.

Breakfast is included in tariff whereas mineral water charged of Rs 40.

No bath towel no door mat..Reception ask to provide towel but they haven't send.

property needs renovation. everything is old. bathrooms are substandard. entire hotel is now given to corporates, every nook and corner of hotel is used by these corporates even the bar there is training going on.

Quick service, awesome food, breakfast.Good staff and nice rooftop restaurant.Very near to airport.
