Location and service the staff went out of there way to assist you specially hotel employee who had service with smile thanks for making my stay wonderful. I wish I could say the same for f ont desk staff not even good morning very sad!!! Definitely co

Ambiance and facility

Yes ..... 1.food quality was very poor, in the dinner the Dal lentils was half cooked. 2. Telephone handling by the staff at the reception very poor. 3.Reuested for boarding pass print , no response / update. 4.Break fast Chena not cooked well

free foot massage with the business package was nice. Pool deck is beautiful.

They close the pool in the evening, which I did not like as it was closed when I returned from my business and could not enjoy it.

Room lobby

Breakfast looked nice, but due to time commitments not able to utilize in-house. Staff was super nice in creating a take-away parcel of breakfast items which we enjoyed on the drive.Staff was really nice and easy to work with.

Patchy sofa in the room, poor communication from staff, it felt like the staff were merely doing job to get paid for the day, dusty carpet, room service staff who were much better than the front staff.

it was a early morning flight ,i left my home in Mumbai @4 am , after reaching hotel i did not get the room early ..as requested while booking..my appointment at Pix Nagpur was at 10 am ...so i had to leave hotel without getting freshen up..could not rest in the room due to renovation work out side and due to..Noisei visited few of my customers like Pix ,etc.....

Good quality food, wider variety of food, attentive helpful staff, comfortable surroundings

Breakfast was good, but not fit for a five star hotel..

No carpeting in the room, the room was not cold at all.. Not at all value for the money paid

The property was clean and with a good location. The were very good, especially Mrunmayee at reception. We were impressed with her efficiency and ability to grasp the issues very quickly. The driver who took us to the airport was very good.

The hotel specifically confirmed several times that our family room would have a king sized bed plus two kids beds, but upon checkin we were told that only one kids bed could be added. The manager and check in staff didn’t take responsibility for their mistake by perhaps moving us to a bigger room. There were also issues with poor communication, e.g. assurance that we would get a call shortly to confirm the shuttle to the airport, and we never got any call

The location was excellent, conveniently close to the airport and the city center. The room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job maintaining it. The breakfast spread was also nice, offering a good variety of options.

I stayed in a room on the fourth floor, near the elevator, and the noise was extremely disturbing. It was impossible to sleep at night, making my five-night stay a horrible experience. Due to the lack of proper rest, I couldn’t concentrate on my job.I requested a room change, but the staff informed me that the hotel was fully booked, and no rooms were available. Essentially, I paid for a sleepless, noisy stay.At check-out, one staff member asked about my experience. When I explained the issue, they responded by asking if my stay was comfortable apart from the noise. I found this question quite baffling—how can a stay be comfortable when I couldn’t even sleep properly?Would not recommend staying near the elevators if you want a peaceful night’s rest.

Food was excellent, Akshay Sharma was very nice and helpful and pleasant ? in food court. Chefs prepared the food very well and tastier.

the reception was quite chaotic while checking out. people at the reception took longer to process final bills etc.
