- Worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, on arrival I was told the hotel doesn't take foreigners, after I'd already booked online and sent a message explaining I didn't have an Indian Bank so that should have been raised at that point. Had to insist that I was already booked. Then when I was shown the room, it was full of mosquitoes, the door to the hallways didn't close at all, and the sheets were really dirty. When I told the staff, instead of changing the room they tried to fix the door latch in front of me with a screwdriver (and failed) then changed the sheets to even worse ones — with blood stains! When I pointed out the stains I was told "but that's permanent". I couldn't believe it. Of course I left at that point to find somewhere else. How this hotel is open I don't know, but afterwards someone told me all the hotels in this area are used just by "couples only staying for a few hours" so I guess that explains the stains... I'm convinced all the good reviews on this place are fake.
