Room no. 402 AC is not working and the receptionist take full money, I'm not comfortable in that room.

Clean rooms. Great service. perfect location. Great staff. All good natured employees. The owner has a very helping nature. great stay The eligible hotels are with pure vegetarian restaurants. Hotel rates are also quite affordable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and it had outstanding room service and prime location. From the moment I checked in, the room service was nice. The staff was attentive and courteous. MOREOVER, it is located in the heart of the city. Highly recommended for luxurious and comfortable stay at a reasonable price

Super easy Check in, they accept online booking! Very good staff, lift available, clean rooms. There is a very excellent nasta center just at 5 min walking distance in front of a big white mandir.

They didn't provide wifi in the room, said that you can use it in the reception only.

In the images are during the booking it is already mention that the room was provided with air condition but they didn't provide also for extension of 2 hour the charged the total date tariff that was unfair towards the customers

The location was good

Bathroom not in good condition rooms were all damp. I did get a room that had broken windows and broken flush so I asked them to change the room they did it after 3 hours.

I booked AC room and they provided non-ac cooler room claiming/saying its ac room. room, toilet was not clean. high price with bad facilities.

The hotel owner directly denied to provide any room to us even after I made a partial payment few days back before reaching the hotel.

Pathetic service to the customers. We arrived in the mid ight at 1 AM after online booking. They denied to provide room and the receptionist refused to help in any manner. Also they didn't let us contact the owner to solve this issue. Me and my sister suffered in the midnight when we needed to sleep so badly.

The bathroom was very new. Bed was very comfortable. Staff and room facilities good.
